How to maintain diet as we spend 9-12hrs a day in office & later 45mins to 1 hrs in workout. How can we do balanced diet in such case for working professionals? Pls say !

I can relate to you man. Muscle building is not only about hard work but also about priveledge. Not everyone's lifestyle is compatible to the steps mentioned in the video but we have to do what best suites our schedule. In a job you can take break as per your convenience depending on the job you're in. But then people who are working on a business can't do so as the customer can come at any time and I cannot tell my customer to wait till I finish my meal. Hence I try to do the best I can and accept what is not practical.

No you cannot, Take whey immidiatly after exercise as it is fast absorb protein Take casein at night bed time It is slow absorb peotein So body required when it is in rest By the way casein not required But if you really want to take that Than do as i said Thank me later
