Wait loss secret - 1 Less carbohydrates, more veggies & fruits. 2 Active lifestyle. 3 Dont sit on one place more than 15 minutes. 5 Anything, eat In less amount. 6 Dals for protein. 7 No sugar. Sweets. 8 Less milk. Two table spoon rice is ok. 9 Check weight daily, you will understand tge calories behind your gained weight daily. 10 Walk as per your convience. Do yoga. Dont take drastic steps. Listen to your body. Reduce slowly. No hurry. Its a journey. Will take time. I am experimenting on these tips. You too can try. Excellent video and thank you. I have found taking fruits with yoghurt in the morning very beneficial in augmenting weight loss. I also eat salt free chanas and plenty of nuts and fruits.Exercise consists of Yoga in the morning and brisk walk about an hour before eating. As you mentioned in your video,enjoying what one eats and taking the time to chew it well does help in eradication of unwanted illnesses relating to the gut and one's general well being.
