Dining in Times of Covid - Seafood Dim Sum Feast | Peking Duck | Kitchen Tour

With the Covid situation improving, we are finally able to dine in a restaurant, and more importantly, able to dine together. We're just starting to expand our social circles and looking to do so safely. I'm happy to find that our local Chinese restaurant has opened up and have been seriously adapting the the rules to keep everyone safe and offer that most important peace of mind.
Albert headed out to my neck of woods to enjoy a massive meal. Feasting on seafood Dim Sum and Peking Duck in Surrey (part of the Greater Vancouver Regional Area). Thank you once again for joining us...I hope you enjoy this video and wish you all well.

I lived in Las Vegas from 1996 to September 1999 we had the chance to eat Peking duck at the Texas Casino, we loved it. I haven't had a chance to go back, but we will hopefully get to go in December. Mitch my son has been since then and said we will see a big change. I hope to run into some of KZbinrs I subscribe to including you my dear Tim. This is one of my favorite channels, keep it up. Perfect little bites of heaven and the place was immaculate. We used to have places like that and then the virus hit. Now we are under sheltered in place and can only dream or watch your fine productions Tim. We had it all but too many ignored the safety protocols and we are literally dying out here. Let that be a warning not to be complacent again. Your ads are worth watching because they are short and to the point.

I absolutely LOVE durian. I mean, love and crave and feel totally sentimental about durian. I can actually feel like crying if I think I might not get to have good fresh durian, in its native surroundings of course, again anytime soon. But, the streets where the fresh stuff is sectioned and served outside do have quite an odor! Lol. But it’s worth it for the taste. People either love it or hate it.

Hi Tim! Cal from Minnesota 🌞 You eating that soup reminding me when I was invited to a Chinese restaurant in New York. There was this thing swimming in the soup. I asked my friend what was it. He said fish intestine. I consumed the soup and left the fish intestine alone. Another Chinese food I don't eat is sea cucumber. I thought it was a vegetable! 😂 Anyways the food looks delicious 😋

Awe Tim! I am jealous. Here in Toronto, we're still not able to dine in yet. It's almost been 5 months since I last had dim sum and I miss my favourites (fried turnip cake/shrimp dumplings/BBQ buns) and waiting for that opening day.

Here in Los Angeles indoor dining is prohibited (again) so restaurants are setting up tables and chairs outside (some with tents) to compensate. Great to see you enjoying more good food while you can still dine inside!
