Gaz, I used to carry a butane stove , and 4 canisters of gas, I found them very efficient, light and compact.

Great location for this series. That part of the world just can't be bettered - if you know what you're doing. Thank goodness for the corrugations to get out there. They limit the numbers to the patient, prepared and appropriately equipped. I wouldn't mind seeing footage of your editing set up and process. It can't be easy creating good content on the beach and off regular grid. At any rate, it's appreciated.

Totally agree, as horrible as the roads are I’m glad it keeps the hoards out 😂 Camera and editing gear is super basic! Other than upgrading to newer GoPros, it’s still basically the same filming and editing gear as this; kzbin.info/www/bejne/pGKnl4Cnrdlnb6s

Great episode Cam and definitely jealous of the trip. Cuttlefish are tasty and you missed out getting to try one. The only other thing I am curious on is how your power system handles longer trips, just wondering how charging and cycling goes with normal use, and how much upgrades you think would make the induction viable. Cheers Luke, I’ll never know how they taste haha 😂 Regarding the power system, cooking a couple of meals a day on lithium is no drama on 90% of trips I do where I’m driving most days. These extended trips in one location really stretch the friendship! A larger battery bank may get you an extra day or so, but the real issue is getting the charge back in! There’s only so much solar you can bring!

@@WildTouring Thats no good. I liked his videos, the way he spoke to you and how down to earth he was. He showed me a lot of Australia that I will never see. Like your trip until C19 stoped your travel.
