He's so spectacular. I love how he says "I love crammers, no judgement. You're just not going as fast as you could." That's why he is such a powerful coach, because he leads with love, and no judgement, and he validates you where you are. And, he does it, because he truly is a loving person combined with his knowledge about the human condition. I love Brendon, he's a natural leader, and on top of that, he's got the work and science in his arsenal. He walks the walk, he lives the walk, and he teaches the walk.

So I don't need to look at distractions as a bad thing, they're RESPONSES! I'm going to lean into those reactions and not approach it negatively. I control my schedule, not anyone else. Discipline equals freedom. Schedule your time effectively by using an agenda. Distractions fill the time you didn't plan to use If you leave time to randomness, you reduce your greatness. Block time to accomplish goals. Schedule important information in the morning. Reactions can happen in the afternoon. If it's not on the calendar then it's not going to happen. Open the calendar. Activities you want to move forward is on the calendar Seminars, book, webinar, etc. Be proactive and be a leader to design your life.

Hey Brendon I want to say thank you for making this amazing video. It is the simple tasks that will take us to our goals and yet people think that they don't matter, I was one of them and I realized that I was wasting my God given talents in worthless activities. But because there are people like YOU who are committed to show us that there is a better and easier way to live an extraordinary life, I got engaged with the process of changing my life and taking command of my destiny. Thank you one more time, ohh, and by the way, blocking time is what I am doing to accomplish my short term goals Brendom, now I know that realizing my dreams is easier by doing this simple concept you teach in this video. God Bless. Greetings from Medellin - Colombia.

I always work best under pressure... I prepare my craft fairs in 1 week from buying, production and preparation... while it should be done in 4 months. I get it right all the time... One week before I panic and I transform into a beast working creating machine with no notion of how this is going to be accomplished... I should use more time and discipline over time management. I love your videos. Let's see if I can change bad habits, that somehow and mysteriously work for me... but health-wise not so much...
@KaoXoni6 жыл бұрын
Maybe you could do the frentic sprints when it comes to learning new skills rather than to merely reach your basics (this way the bestial leaps would stay in your repertoire but really move you forward each time). Not my idea, just on my mind from my current section in Brendon's Book "The Charge".

I'm finding myself with SO MANY things that I want to do, work on, achieve, that I just end up not being productive enough. I just work a bit on one thing but then, "hey there's also that thing", and there it goes. So just this morning I've asked myself "Do successful people divide their day and plan what to do in those blocks?". Then I saw the notification of your video! As often happens, what you mention may seem so easy and clear to our eyes, but why don't we apply these things already? So, thanks for the reminder Brendon! I'll get my blocks filled ;)
