My Class B has an overcab bed. I've actually rubbed my shoulder on the ceiling just rolling over. The real trouble, though, is needing to go to the bathroom at night. I've decided to swap the uncomfortable jackknife sofa the van came for a bed that expands on drawer slides that will be a sofa setup during the day. Much as I'd rather have a bed that's made up all the time with sheets and blankets, I need to have a place to sleep where I'm not risking a broken neck several times a night to sleepily make my way to the use the facilities. If that means adjusting to using a sleeping bag (which will be stored daytime up in the overcab space), I can do it.
