This has totally inspired me to play with my polygel kits again. I forgot about them once I started using soft gel tips because of how difficult the polygel was to remove. My nails were really taking a toll, and the soft gel tips helped them recover. But there's just something magical about polygel....

These are cute! I would love to see what the removal process with a peel off base coat is like. I’ve used a gel peel off base coat under gel polish but it still seemed like it wrecked my natural nail a bit, could be that I need a better peel off base. I’m constantly looking for a better way to remove my gel that doesn’t take forever or hurt my nails.

I have been trying to use this markatt polygel but it gets SO thick and I spend ages trying to make the underside look better (and it's still not great). I think I have to use even less or press it down more gently, although when I use less it is not as opaque (I am using the natural pink coloured one)
