I wanted to make mine with the paint on the inside but after watching KZbin videos, I was disappointed when most of them either poured on the outside, used alcohol inks or used nail polish and water to “dip and swirl.” I just came across your video and it was exactly what I have been searching for! Thank you so much, now I will know exactly what to do and all the supplies I need to create these beautiful works of art. I was sitting here, all by myself, talking to the IPad screen, good thing my family wasn’t home, they would have thought I was crazy! “Perfect”, “I know that color combo is great”, tip it over this way a little”. “A little dark green”, I was so excited to watch and see how they changed from the original pour. They were all so lovely, thanks again.

I’m going to try these and separate the colors using gold leaf to make them fancy. Might look ok. Fingers crossed.

I did these with my Granddaughter but as they dried some of the paint laced. What can I do to prevent this?

Hi there😊, I'm coming to your video 2 years late😅. I've tried putting paint inside the Bauble but no matter what i do the paint always ends up either pooling or run out and i end up with a thin colour stain. Do you have any suggestions please. Thank you from Ireland 😊🙏😊

Wonder if there’s an oily film on inside of ornament?
@psarapsychАй бұрын
@OurUpcycledLife even when I rinse it with a bit of rubbing alcohol it still pools. I'm trying all types of paint, with and without pouring mediums and only two baubles dried. At the moment I've got 3 and have been turning them for two days. I let them pour out for 15 minutes after working the paint and covering the insides fully. I then have been turning them every half hour to an hour or so and still there is the pooling. If I pour out the rest there'll only be a see through film of colour. Do you use pouring mediums or a particular type of paint? I have Arteza, liquitex and some deco art which isn't easy to get in Europe. All help gratefully received 🙏❤️🙏

They turned out beautiful. Question, did you seal the names after applying them?
@OurUpcycledLife3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! No you don't need to seal the vinyl

Do you prep inside with a few drops of windex or alcohol??
@OurUpcycledLife18 күн бұрын
You can but I just washed with soap and water

A 10cc syringe for putting each color in the ornament would be helpful. My opinion.

Yes that would work great

Know I know what to do with all those plastic ornaments I bought. The original idea did not work as I was going to put mini dice in them but the opening is a bit to small.
