Hi, if i buy the plans for the full DIY Table saw table and then you add more to it at a later date such as sliding carriage will this then become available as part of the full set? Im also debating what materials to use, i notice you used mdf for the tops but i though that wasnt as stable as ply and ply was the best material to use? I cant realy afford the birch plywood its rediculously expensive would ordinary WBP hardwood plywood from the builders merchants in the uk be ok with melamine mdf for the tops?

Hi @Paoson_Woodworking, do you (or anyone else) have any recommendations for a compact dust extractor for a small 11ft x 7ft workshop? Thanks!

The sheer quality of your craftsmanship just takes these pieces to another level, not forgetting to mention the functionality each piece provides ... just superb 👍 I don't know about anyone else, but I'd love a video on how you work, showing how you move from a basic idea to the finished article ... it's how you seem to think of everything which I'm especially interested in 😁

I’ve always been a fan of your channel, but thought some of your projects were beyond my skill range. This build strikes an amazing balance between functionality and the ability of a weekend wood worker to build it.

This entire work bench is brilliant. I’m looking forward to building my own, with a few modifications to accommodate my table saw. Fantastic ingenuity, and incredibly well executed, as well as approachable.

@paoson_woodworking can I ask you a question about the design though? Something I didn't understand was when you said you would only have to level the feet one time. Isn't that only true if the saw is either used in the same spot or if the floor is exactly level every time the saw is used?

OMG this just put it over the top as the thing I absolutely must build for my hybrid garage/workshop. Only problem is, the tools you build are all far nicer than anything I've ever actually built myself! Guess I'll have to challenge myself. I wish baltic birch wasn't so expensive too.

When I first start out woodworking, I had a similar contractor saw from Dewalt. If you came out with this back then, I'd buy the plan in a heart beat to go with the workbench I made from your plans. I'm amazed by the thoughts you put into each build and how everything go perfectly with each other! This is another great piece and I wouldn't hesitate to buy if I have the need for it. Love my SawStop though!

I love this entire design. With the narrow front part of the out feed table you could design it to be a sled for cutting tapers for furniture etc. by running against a fence or with a runner on the underside.

I loved the first one and I love this one! I have the newest Skilsaw Wormdrive 10” big jobsite saw and it’s similar in design to the one you have… I think this design would work perfectly for my needs and my saw. It already has a nice stand but it’s so heavy and I’m tiny at 5’1” so I could make this table the right height for my size

You know what I want to see you build. A smaller bench that can be folded down on wheels and rolled under another workbench. Most people work in a garage and space is limited. A bench with a machine on it that can be lowered and rolled under another bench for storage and then rolled back out and lifted up (scissor lift) to use again. I would buy this plan.

I need this! Has anyone attempted building it in the US with the cost of good plywood? How much did it cost and how long did it take? This is a brilliant design!
@georgecooksey8661 Жыл бұрын
Gracias! I’ve looked for the black MDF here in the US, but haven’t found anything, yet. Is your source international, by chance?
you could add leveling bolts through the arm that goes into the saw for attachment, then you shouldn't have to monkey with adjusting much anymore.
@pierremarais76697 ай бұрын
Hi my saw does not have the two knobs you rever to to keep the outfeed table attached to the saw, which model saw do you use in the video, thanks Pierre
Is that plywood fairly standard to buy in your area? It is very nice. I'm always envious of people outside of the States who can get nice wood. We don't have much choice.

I love this table saw build my friend. I watch ur videos a fair bit but of late I haven't been. This is a stunning build again. I liked the older model table saw u built before this one. Did u get rid of that one?? It was really well made as well. I love the look of this Black MDF. How hard is it to get these coloured MDF sheet goods?? I watch another channel called HOOKED ON WOOD and the guy on it Denis says it's food colouring they use to colour the MDF? Is that true? I have found a place in my area in Dublin and I'm going to go see them about this MDF. It makes really nice work surfaces. This is brilliant man. Where do the ideas come from? Was it out of neccessity that u decided to rebuild a newer version??
@TheFlightstick Жыл бұрын
Hello, I'm really excited about your design and would really like to recreate it. However, I would like to use Black MDF with a thickness of 19 mm. The plate is 2800 mm x 2070 mm. Could you possibly tell me whether this project is even possible with MDF of this thickness and how much of these boards I need? I would also like to broadcast all of this in a KZbin channel. Overall, I have a very large project to build and want to build a complete wood workshop. Thank you very much and best regards from Germany

do you want to make the entire workstation with that board? Please read these two articles, then you can send me your questions by email: bit.ly/45Qoj9h bit.ly/3piasDg

What is the name of the black material used for the top? Thank you.
Good morning. I'm looking for inspiration for my one car garage table.I just watched a series of table making videos. In the video, you repeat several times that this shed is suitable for small workshops and garages. Even though the table looks nice, I cannot agree with your opinion. The design includes storage space for all components. For example, storing a table with a saw under another table. To me, total nonsense and a waste of space in a small garage. The space can be used much better. They are 2m cubic space. The additional boxes then need to be placed somewhere else.

This is all fine and dandy, don't get me wrong, I love your work, but all these modular systems where you have to first assemble a tool, then disassemble or change something to use something else, gets really tiring really quickly. Sometimes you just wanna make a single cut and not waste a couple of minutes to assemble your tool.

Yeah, it's a scam but it is possible to change the frequency/wavelength of light using a frequency doubling crystal. Used in lasers.
