FYI If you blend the oats first in to a fine powder then mix with the cold water you should find that it blends much smoother and silkier, with less sediment. I use a coffee grinder, but any blender should work fine. Let us know if you find it any better.

The only reason I can think of for you to stay in your current location is the location... I know that KZbinrs want to make their merch. personal to lead others to their channel or get questions asked, but based considering selling them myself and communicating with Teespring and KZbinrs, the more generic or personal to the buyer the more shirts sell. So I suppose it depends on whether one wants to sell their channel or sell more shirts is the decision one has to be made. There are so many shirts I have bought over the years concerning boating, travel to places, camping and the Air Force which have worn or faded out and can't be replaced is why I am considering getting my own made for me, and likely so many others like me.
@KeepingAfloatWiththeJoneses8 ай бұрын
We’re not really selling the shirts for the sake of profit, the margins are low and it takes a lot of hassle haha. They’re more just a way for people to engage and feel more connected with the channel while also purchasing something healthy and practical for their lives when they’re not watching youtube! Question for ya... shouldn't the bedroom doors open into the rooms so you could leave them open during the day?
@KeepingAfloatWiththeJoneses8 ай бұрын
We angled the entryway there to leave room for the open doors, as the bedrooms are just the right size for the beds but no extra space for a full door swing radius. Would have had to extend bedrooms out a foot or two into what is now the living room in order to have room for inward swinging doors.

@@KeepingAfloatWiththeJoneses oh my gosh thank you so much for getting back to me! is it worth coming down on my own to see whats available?
@KeepingAfloatWiththeJoneses7 ай бұрын
This place is totally worth visiting in and of itself but I’d say you won’t be able to “see” whether something is available by being here physically! There aren’t like for sale signs or anything like that. So i’m not sure that would be helpful if that’s the main reason for coming! ❤️🩹

Looks great. One question... why make the doors open out into the kitchen/living area. Seems if door are open they will constantly be in the way, and if they are closed, makes space smaller.
@CoriNagy8 ай бұрын
I was thinking that too. 😊 The house looks amazing!!! ❤❤❤
@KeepingAfloatWiththeJoneses8 ай бұрын
Good question!! Being that it’s a tiny house, the bedrooms are sized such that there is really only room for the bed(s). If the doors open into the bedrooms, they’ll hit the bed before they can open fully and stay open. The entryway is cut in at an angle though for the doors to stay open if desired and not protrude into the living space on one side or hit the [future] kitchen island on the other!
@redheart2278 ай бұрын
Why did you put doors on backwoods going out instead of in so doesn't take up space in living area
@brandonjones8038 ай бұрын
Backwards! Up is down. The bedrooms are smaller leaving more space in them. The angled section is for the doors. This is a tiny home. 😊
@karengradzki38088 ай бұрын
I really like mostly everything you’ve done. If I were to buy this lovely little floating house, the first thing I would change out the bathroom faucet. It seems to come out of the wall too far and would make it very awkward for brushing teeth or washing the face.
@brandonjones8038 ай бұрын
If you look in the video the sink is not plumbed in. It’s pushed back to the wall. When we stain it the sink sits forward. Then your teeth brushing would be to your liking! 😂
@michieljooste35038 ай бұрын
You are going to end up moving into this house 😂. Or can you move it into your cove?
@KeepingAfloatWiththeJoneses8 ай бұрын
😂 we could move it if we wanted to, though our house was designed for the various environmental conditions & anchoring setup unique to that cove, and this house of course isn’t. might still work with some modifications!
