Entered for the giveaway. Sarah, the channel is great and I really enjoy seeing our beautiful lake from a perspective I can only dream about. Your Dad suggested that I watch and I'm glad he did, even if it meant that I had to see him dance at your wedding! Keep it up and stay warm on that cold water!

Thank y’all so much for such a great laugh when Brandon tried on the jacket and went outside that was hilarious! The driftwood Christmas tree idea is great though we don’t live near the water I could see one one our back deck near the pool👍 I hope to never run into a wild boar when hiking they are so dangerous!!! Be safe!

I wonder if you could make a driftwood wreath. Just collect smaller pieces of driftwood. Lots of drilling and stringing, but they could be something sold all year. Just a thought.

While deglazing works for the inside of the pan it does nothing for the outside. I recommend using a product called "bar keepers friend". It'll make the outside of your hands look like new

This is more for your followers, I'm a recovery/investigation diver for a sheriff's department and you would be surprised that there are dead things and trash in all natural water ways even the ones designated as reservoirs. The planet acts like a filter and with water treatment plants make it extra safe.

Ooooh, yeah, yum! Venison, elk, bring it on! Feral swine's not bad, either...glad Iko was not hurt...those hogs are dangerous for sure, and boars can be deadly! Best wishes to y'all!

Another cool video guys . Yah that wild hog was crazy. Living in the desert 🌵 i know theres bob cats mtn lions, I didn't know they were this close to civilization. Anyhow my Dutch shepherd found a mtn lion on our hike up the canyon , 10 seconds fighting him & chased his a s s up the the rock hill with only 3 minor punctures that i didn't find for 2 days . Scarey shit . My dog is the most bad ass I've ever seen . & 6 month later a bob cat in my fenced 5 acreas, i took him out . Soo my dogs dont go out at night unless dad is there with mossburg!

What a beautiful flight! I’m with Brandon, I’m so scared of flying. I have to be medicated to get in a plane! Quite the memory to have! I am so scared of heights but I went parasailing with my youngest granddaughter on her graduation trip to Florida. I was scared spitless, but I’m so glad we have that memory together.

I’ve been cooking in stainless steel for 45+years and my mom cooked in stainless steel before me so thats how we learned to do it. Takes lower heat and for frying i like cooking spray but needs to have lecithin in the spay i like avocado or olive. But the secret is lecithin added to it. If a pan gets burned really bad putting dish soap in water and bring back to a boil and then let it sit an hour and repeat and I like soft steel scrubby to help or pampered chef brown scraper. I really enjoy your channel and the tree was a great idea!

I have made a glass top coffee table and various other things with driftwood over the years, but larger than that, but never a tree. I personally would not pay for them, but obviously others would since they are for sale. I would start with $99 and see what happens. If they sell quickly, raise the price; if they don't sell, then lower the price till they do, but for Christmas, may be a bit late for price testing. Google and KZbin know how to cook or fix just about anything. I don't even look at cook books anymore.

Entered! We have well water where I live, and a while back the county used to provide a reverse osmosis water filter that they maintained yearly due to the runoff of fertilizers from the citrus groves. Several years ago they said the water had tested safe for a few years in a row and they would no longer provide the maintenance of the filters, and I have always wondered if the water was truly safe. As such, I registered for the Kactoily water quality tester giveaway, and I appreciate the coupon code in case I am not the winner. Thanks for thinking of your viewers and for selecting sponsors who have products that can benefit those around you, especially with the questionable water quality that transpired following Helene. Regarding the driftwood Christmas tree, I definitely think there is value in selling your version of the driftwood Christmas tree, but you might want to consider a selling feature that makes yours stand out from the rest. Come up with a way to flat pack it for shipment that allows the purchaser to have a very small footprint to receive and reuse the packaging to store it in. Also, perhaps a small black foam disc in between each of the branches that would help prevent the limbs from spinning if you were to walk by and bump one of the branches, and or when you attempted to decorate it with lights. Tip for cleaning the pans - get yourself some citric acid, or even some barkeepers friend. With the citric acid, I put a half a teaspon in water in the pan, bring it to a boil, and leave it to sit on the stove for 30 minutes, The stains disappear on their own - literally you just wipe and they are gone, if you even need to do that. It also dissolves any white calcium buildup on things like coffee makers, kettles, or rice cookers. Also, Brandon NEKKID outside, save for the Columbia jacket...I'm DYING!!!

The driftwood tree looks so amazing!!!! What a great idea and goes with your home so well! I would definitely pay $100+ for that. Driftwood isn't something everyone can find as easily so it's worth a good amount. We are on a stainless steel cooking journey as well so please share any tips and drinks you find along your journey!

You can clean your pans easily by generously covering the bottom with baking soda. Then add water to cover it and bring it to a boil. The junk on the bottom should come right off. Wash dry and finish any blemishes by wiping down with diluted white vinegar to restore the factory shine.

What is your countertop water filter system? Where can I find it?
@KeepingAfloatWiththeJoneses4 күн бұрын
It’s a Berkey! They got into a lawsuit last year though that halted their production (very boring and complicated to explain but long story short, it was a bunch of BS 🙃) that has made it almost impossible to find replacement filters anymore. So not sure I’d recommend buying one currently since you might not be able to get filters for it anymore. That said - we are not currently using that as our filtration system, it’s just a glorified water dispenser now that we’ll probably eventually get rid of haha. We’re currently using an in-line filter that is under our sink, it filters the water that gets dispensed from the little spout next to the regular tap. If your sink doesn’t have a little drinking spout you could just put it on the regular tap. Will look at it when we get home if you’d like a link for that one 🤍
