По технике безопасности проводить сварочные работы на аккумуляторе и другие работы связанные с искрообразованием, вблизи аккумулятора, категорически запрещено. Может взорваться аккумулятор, т.к. при работе аккумулятора ваделяется водород, который очень взрывоопасен. Вам просто повезло, что этого не случилось. Никому не советую пользоваться этой информацией. Это какая-то подстава, с печальным исходом, самодельная бомба.

Just by measuring the voltage is not enough...you need to measure the crank amp of the battery...at the very least 270A then you can consider you have restored it ....merely just measuring 12.7 volt is nothing if the cold crank amp is only 90Amp is like quarter of the original CCA rating of the battery. Cold crank amp of a standard 12v battery for small sedan at least between 270A to 370A while the larger one like in this video probably ranging from 350A to 400A. This video is not enough to tell the battery is fully recovered....you are wasting time for the half educated people here while they are cheering and inspired by half knowledge

12,7 volt sono un po pochini, una batterà da 12 volt, se è perfettamente funzionante deve dare almeno 13,2/7 volt 12, 7 significa che la batteria non è stata desolfatata a sufficienza, oltretutto se non hai risciaquato meglio di quello che si è visto nel video rischia di neutralizzare l'acido solforico in soluzione e tra poco smetterà di funzionare, i 12,7 volt misurati suggeriscono che tu non abbia ottenuto un gran risultato.

Para os inteligentes que comentaram que ele fez um soldador, é porque não têm noção de nada. O soldador foi apenas para demonstrar que a recuperação da bateria foi muito boa. Caso a bateria não fosse recuperada o soldador não funcionaria. Bateria não é só para carros não. Parabéns pela recuperação da bateria e pelo aparelho de solda feito com velas usadas de ignição.

What was the solution you used to re-fill the battery? I caught H20 something?

He didn't restore the battery with the spark plug. He put new acid in the battery afterward but we don't know if it was really restored with no proper load tests or internal resistance measurement. Voltage doesn't mean it has full charge capacity. A AAA battery has 1.5 volts and so does a far bigger D battery. But they don't have nearly the same charge, do they? The D battery will have more power to do things. The spark plugs was just used as a crude welder. Nothing to do with restoring the battery.

Glad you asked! The razor blade trick helps in restoring the battery's capacity. It stimulates internal chemical reactions, which is super important.
