This is not enough information for me to form an opinion either way. If the police saw the footage and investigated it and did not persue charges then I cannot say he is guilty. Saying dumb things on his social media is common these days although maybe not the smartest thing. I am ALWAYS skeptical of civil lawsuits for these he said she said years AFTER the fact because of the much lowered bar for proving a case. Seen too many of these incidents before that were suspect or out right false so.

You should have watched the many, many videos different folks put out around the time of that incident before making a vid about this. Know the backstory, as it is publicly available info. Otherwise you're giving undue credence to a lawsuit which has evidence that did not rise to the level of prosecution from the local authorities.
