I had this issue and it turned out to be condensation from a outdoor beach party gig I did. There was no visible humidity on the mixer but it is sneaky! I had a gig the next night and that's when I had this issue. The next day I set it out in the hot sun to see if that would do anything and it works fine now. I also don't have a case for mine and had it on the floor of the vehicle leaning against the seat. That also causes condensation, which has once caused an issue where my right output had static noises. But again I figured out it was condensation when it worked after being stored in one of my warmer rooms. This is a lesson I've learned over time! I hope this post helps!

Thank you for your video it was helpful, I always face issue while opening ddj controllers and CDj the lcd on jog wheel turn off(not working no light) and the audio from headphones also with no sound, I’m sure all the cable are in right place ! However I will appreciate your advice in what should I do while facing this issue or what I’m doing wrong

I have and sb3.my jog wheel sensitivity was not responding properly.it was missing like now and then..when I press down on the wheel it start to work fine....so I open it and notice the wheel was lifting up and down..so I put peice of wire under the wheel where a CLIP IS...I WRAP IT ROUND AN ROUND...AND NOW ITS WORKING...BIT IM JUST GONNA SPEND COUPLE HOURS WITH IT AND SEE IF IT GOES WELL

What pitch pin does the flexible band is 0.5 mm or 1.0 mm

The platters on a friend of mines sx2 are hard to turn, is there an adjustment that can be made to loosen them up, or could it be lubricated? Or does he just need to buy new platters? They respond to touch ok.

DJ Rock-Cee, I ordered and received my jog wheel/platter for my DDJ-SX2. However, is it supposed to include the round glass and LEDs that go on the platter or am I supposed to remove those from the old platter? You didn't cover that in the video. Thanks.

I have a problem with my DDJ 1000. The platter on the right is not working properly. I try to beat juggle and the platter speed is off. Maybe tension screw within the platter is too tight? Even if I adjust the speed all the way to LIGHT it does not work. Any ideas?

If you have not gotten this fixed yet it maybe a bad USB port or something going on with that circuit board. Did you ever get it working?
