I know that you can sell up to 28 constitutional gold double eagles a year without a 1099 requirement. But, that payment to you will generate a suspicious activity report as most likely the LCC isn't going to have 80 or 90 grand in cash to hand out, so the check or wire payment to your bank will definitely generate one. Silver is the interesting one where 1000 ounce bars will generate a 1099. Just drive really good on your way to the LCC as most law enforcement considers any cash amount over $300 "suspicious" and may confiscate it. Nice stack of bars!

That isn’t so much a change as it’s just a special trident cause it has a privy mark next to it which is a pineapple

Very cool pickups. The Barbados coins are super cool. Scottsdale is a great mint IMO. Free is always on my radar. I prefer cash, peer to peer and lcs transactions. Upon entering and exiting the lcs, scan the outside of the exit first, and approach your vehicle cautiously after your business is done. CC if allowed. TY for your calm videos.

Don't need to comment about the video, I crush it as far as proper educate at my LCS....Just have to say check your local Coin Star reject bins when walking past boys! Just started doing that and I am 3 out of 4 for something there (live in Michigan, usually a lot of Canadian coin) and on Saturday I pulled a 1949 Washington 90%'er!

I threw together a very condensed outline of states and their requirements and I’ll share it here, below. Feel free to delete or comment if not completely accurate…..if not totally accurate, it’s close. It is certainly ‘unofficial’ and I just tossed it together for a friend to illustrate differences. States where you are required to pay sales tax on Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium: New York - ANY precious metals under $1000. If over $1000, there are a plethora of crazy detailed laws. Massachusetts- Any numismatic coins or gold/silver less than $1000. California - All sales LESS THAN $2000. Maryland - All sales LESS THAN $1000. Connecticut - All sales LESS THAN $1000. Florida - All sales LESS THAN $500. Hawaii - All precious metals. Kentucky - All precious metals. Maine - All precious metals. New Jersey - All precious metals. New Mexico - All precious metals. Vermont - All precious metals. Washington DC - All precious metals. Wisconsin - All precious metals. Virginia - Numismatic bullion. Louisiana - Numismatic coins if more than $1000.
