It is so important to keep flexible. I do similar exercises to these and I'm still moving well at 91 years. There's no need to do difficult exhausting muscle building stuff. Little and often through the day is best I find. It's never too late to start.

Question about the glute bridge. Am I supposed to only engage my glutes to create the peach line? I've used my lower back to help complete that bridge because strictly engaging my glutes causes something in my left leg to pull and it hurts

If one feels stiff in the neck and shoulders and have pain there how does one overcome that? Also I sometimes have headache in the left side of the head and feel this is connected to the left side of the body as well. My left eye also hurt when look up or to the left. Is this really bad or can something be done?

That dancer stretch helps relieve pain in my shoulders, also helps with lower back issues (do it slowly). No I am not an expert. I did this stretch routine many moons ago, the only difference is how he explains the way to do them. To avoid injury - Take your time, don't push beyond what you are capable, in time your body will adjust (if in doubt seek out professional help when doing stretches &/or any form of exercise. Injuries are not enjoyable!

For the reach to the sky, when we interlocked the fingers together, make sure alternate the position the little pinky finger (right pinky finger at bottom then switch to left pinky finger at bottom). You will discover both side is not equal flexible..try it out.

Yea still train parkour! But on the channel recently we have been focusing on flexibility, strength, fitness to then go into parkour after these fundamentals are mastered. Long story short we started the channel with parkour and put a lot of tutorials and videos to get started in parkour and master the basics. However, we started to see many of our clients and students needed to develop more fundamentals in fitness - strength, flexibility, coordination, etc before moving into the parkour training.

The energy level in your speaking is pretty harsh to expose yourself to early in the morning. Especially if you are one of the stiff, low-energy persons that really need this. I might take a look after a HIIT session just to see if it's worth watching with sound turned off. I'm crossing my fingers, this can be really helpful!
