My morning routine: wake up at 5 am, use washroom then drink lukewarm lemon water. Prepare ingredients for breakfast for 5-10 minutes then do yoga for 30 minutes, pray then make breakfast, pack lunch then off to shower and get ready for office. I try to not drink tea or coffee in the mornings and instead drink 2-3 glasses of water or drink vegetable smoothie for breakfast :)

I drink water right after I wake up, after I put on my training clothes I open the curtains, I love when the sunny day comes through my windows, I always have breakfast, specially hard boiled or scrambled eggs, depends if I’m very hungry or not..sometimes I make shakes with one/two dates, two bananas, a spoon of peanut butter, liquefy and yummy.. I do my exercises, mostly yoga, workout with dumbbells, walking/jogging.. I was walking/jogging at the park yesterday in the morning, then followed by a nice routine of yoga and I felt awesome after, my friends told me I looked good and relaxed, this video is helpful if there is something that I’m missing 😊 👍🏻

My signature routine: 6:00 am 1.Wake up to my favorite song as an alarm on my phone 6:05 am 2.Drink the glass of water beside my phone 6:10 am 3.Get out of bed and eat yogurt and strawberries for breakfast (since I can't have oatmeal) 6:35 am 4.Take a shower and brush my teeth 6:55 am 5.Get dressed in comfortable clothes 7:03 am 6.Do six yoga poses, each for a total of a minute 7:10 am 7.Collect my backpack and other items for school 7:20 am 8.Leave and start my day. I have to walk to school every day. I get there at 7:50 am and school starts at 7:55 am. My routine - I get up at 3am! I make myself 500 ml of very light green tea(which is almost water)and drink it. I start to study after this. Later around 4:30am I drink half a liter of water that is boiled with cumin seeds and ajwain seeds. This is a great way to debloat! I also have 5-6 soaked and peeled badam(almond) around 6am. Later I go for a 45min walk with my mom, followed by a one hour activity which includes dancing/boxing/hiit/strength & conditioning. I have a scoop of protein with another 1litre of water. I have low carb breakfast and get back to study. I keep myself hydrated throughout the day. I might have a fruit snack at 11:30am. Around 12:30 I have my lunch which is typically ragi. I hit the gym at 3:30pm and get another hour of workout. I have my second scoop of protein. Around 5pm I have another half litre of green tea over a period of 1 hour. Around 7pm I have my dinner which is again a very healthy meal. Before going to bed I take a 10-15 min walk. I sleep at 9pm and repeat my routine.

While I do consider myself a morning person, getting out of bed can be hard when I don't have anything important to do right away. I don't leave home for work till 11:30. But I like having the morning time to chill, get ready slowly, and do things here and there. So to help me GET OUT of bed at 7 my fiance and I started doing a quick morning yoga flow together. Since he leaves for work a little before 8, I HAVE to get up when he does. So far, it's working. :)

When I watch videos/play on my phone (or, really anything entertaining) when I'm having a hard time falling asleep, it keeps me awake because it stimulates the brain. It helps me to read a book (something more interesting, but not too exciting) for a little while instead. Less chance to get distracted by something else, as well as making my mind feel like it's working instead of having fun. Lol

I'm an Indian and surprisingly I don't do Yoga or any sort of exercises. I feel so ashamed on myself for being a potato sack for like forever. :(

I wake up at 5am. I start my day with two glass of lukewarm honey lemon water. After that I go for morning jogging, doing stretching and meditation. It takes 2hrs to complete my workout routine. And I take healthy breakfast poha and one seasonal fruit sometimes I prefer oats with green veggies. And then I read books for mental fitness and feel energetic whole day. It make me feel auspicious and happy.

I was very pleased to know that I do most of this everyday! This morning, I did not use an alarm or snooze, just told myself last might to wake up at 5:30. I then went to drink water with lemon and green tea with lemon. The lights were on obviously. Dark outside but bright inside! Then I did Yoga, breathed, and prayed. Then I read in my book I'm going through, wrote in my journal and I am about to go eat now! You inspired me to eat healthy today

I wake up, pray, drink lots of water, open the curtains, and say "Good Morning World!"! These are awesome, Bright Side. I'm ginna start dinking warm water w/ lemon juice first thing in the morning, to start my motabalism! Everybody stay on the bright side of life!

After my coffee, I eventually go into my kitchen and open the window. I turn some of my favorite music, squeeze 2 lemon in water..start my stretches then workout..I love looking out my window and admire nature. Today I work our with Steve Wonder and Salt a Pepper..tomorrow Salsa music- oh yeah!

The first thing I do in thw morning is drink 1/3 of a water bottle then I go to the toilet brush my teeth wash myself then I work out for 30 minutes then I have 3 eggs cereal and 2 dates By the way my dad doesnt let me open the curtens because everyday I wake up at 07:00 and he wakes up at 12:00 and also it takes me 30 seconds to wake up and my dad 20 minutes and he's 41 years old and I'm 14 years old leave 50 likes since it takes me 50 minutes to do my morning routine it means a lot to me

One thing that help me a lot first thing in the morning (4:30am) *it's to set up my alarm cell with my favorite song, instead the annoying buzzing sound.* it really helps me to woke up in good shape.

Planks for 5 min , drink a cup of water with teaspoon of tumeric , I add a spoon 🥄 of honey 🍯 , I smoke a bowl of MJ And I clean out litter boxes ,feed my pets 🐈 🐶 , I attend to my yard work early in the morning I , have breakfast after , oatmeal and coffee ☕️ and I have a great day ,I’m feeling alive and in a good positive spirit and i feel wonderful all day I also say my prayers and am grateful for all my blessings.
