So I have really been enjoying the whole "ease you into the workout" and ease out with the cool down, so I will continue (as requested).
Todays workout is a new MORNING WORKOUT that will get you just feeling all the vibes! Its a slower walk, so this one is perfect for beginners, or even if you're just having a hard time waking up and getting into your morning routine.

Can u give a detailed summary on how u accomplished this? I’m 203lbs the most I’ve ever weighed in my life and I’ve been going to the gym (I’ve only been 2 times but i have to start some where)

As someone restarting their fitness journey, I can get really down on myself for feeling tired or out of breath and sweating but then I see Jo sweating along with me as the fitness instructor and I remember it’s ok and I’m actually moving a lot more than I have in years so I should be proud 😭 Thanks Jo! You’re encouraging without the pressure to over preform

Of course you should be proud! And I can guarantee that with just a bit of consistency, you won't find yourself out of breath as much as you used to be. You're probably now miles ahead of where you restarted! :)

You are so motivational and it is so easy to see the next move and follow along. I love the tabata workouts but am branching out to these 30 min HIT workouts also. Mom of 4 here. 9year old son, twins that are 19 months, and a 2 month old. I have a hard time finding the time to workout with being a single mom & working 12 hour shifts.. but this is perfect! It's like you know when I need your encouragement! I listen to music while working out to your videos and when I am feeling tired I see you mouth, I'm so proud of you and it keeps me going! I did this workout in the morning today (just before my online lecture - it's so hard to workout right before lectures but your workouts are just different! I only just discovered Jo and her videos get me into a routine again. I started working out before christmas last year and then got sick for a while and lost all my energy. These workouts are so much easier than most, I was struggling with others before because the exercises just weren't fun for me (lookin at you, burpees!). Jo's workout are low impact and the walking inbetween gives you a break to not get exhausted too quickly - and on a day where I feel tired I just do a 10 or 15 minute one and still feel like I accomplished something. Hi it’s me again. I’ve been doing different videos of yours and I feel super confident always encouraged to push myself more. You are such a delight! I’m so glad I found you. I canceled my other workout subscription. Your workouts are full of energy and it really works. I’m already seeing transformation. You make me consistent I do two videos a day of yours. I suffer from nerve condition called rsd. There is no cure for it. It’s throughout my body. I had a neurologist tell me just keep moving. That’s what I have been doing for years. I do suffer after any workout but I rather keep the body parts moving than not being able to move completely. Thank you for taking your time in doing this for us for free. Your truly a blessing. I’m ready to tackle my day now. I’ve completed this workout smiling and feeling good.

I usually don't leave comments but I wanted to share my thoughts. I'm just now starting my weight loss/healthy living journey and I've been nervous because I always start a journey but never follow through. I'm dealing with a lot of depression and getting out of bed each day has been very difficult. I've been doing this workout every morning for the past 7 days and it really helps improve my mood. I was dreading doing it today just because I'm feeling really down, but I feel a lot better than I did earlier and more motivated to take on the day. Something about Jo mouthing "I'm so proud of you" really makes my heart happy. I'm going to continue to do this every morning and really push myself to stick to the journey. It's also really encouraging seeing other people's progress from these videos. I'm glad I came across this channel.

My top goal for this month is to restart my skincare routine! All this sweating from these amazing workouts help get rid of a lot of stuff in my pores, but this cold weather has my skin looking a little dry and sad.

Same around my chin is dry dry, doing what my mother says and using Vaseline. Excellent workout on the other hand, enjoyed this one ❤️

Everyone is different but I experience the same thing around my chin sometimes my upper or lower eyelid and sometimes above my lip area but it’s eczema for me and hydrocortisone ointment (not cream, it’s drying) applied after shower and as needed and follow up with a moisturizing lotion has helped me immensely . Check with your dermatologist it’s been a game changer for me and hopefully you too. ❤️

Wow I can’t believe it. I burned 300 active cals with this workout and 356 cals in total. This workout was amazing, I got the sweat early in the morning 🥵. Thank you Jo for your workouts, I feel amazing after doing them 🥹. And so far I have lost 6lbs in one month. I’m hoping to lose another 6 pounds for the next month 🙌🏼. I’ll be back for updates 💪.

I really love this workout, I felt I was a kickboxing baddy, a basketball player, and footballer, and just plain having fun! Trying to work on loving myself at every stage and let go of my family beliefs of having look, act and be certain way. Really love doing this workout this morning, leaving feeling proud of what my body and can do and feeling joy in such a great playtime. Have a great day everyone, spread love into the world.

I am recovering from knee surgery and an so grateful I found these workouts!! Coupled with being stuck with no activity for months and now being limited your videos are the perfect way to get a nice sweat in and feel so much better after getting my body moving. Thank you!!

This workout was by far my favourite, I’m a FTM and I’m 8 months Postpartum I’ve fallen off the wagon so many times, and today I did this workout while my bub napped and it is by far my favourite thankyouuu so much ❤️

I absolutely loved doing this workout this morning. It will not be the last time I do it. Perfect amount of workout time. I start work at 6 a.m. so I don't want to spend too much time in the morning. This will get me going get me charged for the day. Love it!

Wow! This was my first workout of yours. I started my fitness journey roughly 3 months ago at 10 months postpartum. I was so skinny from anxiety and Postpartum depression which caused me to have little to no appetite, severely lacking energy and motivation, so weak and in pain. I started working out with hopes to improve my mental health and energy levels. I am so much stronger and healthier after these few months. I was working out at home doing mostly banded strength training and some dumbbells / body weight. Now that I have gotten stronger and have more energy I am looking for these types of workouts. I LOVED your energy. I got chills when you’d say “I’m so proud of you.” This was such a great workout. I wasn’t expecting to sweat but, ou girllll. Thank you for what you do and spreading your light and beautiful energy across the globe! Keep doin u!

That’s amazing I’m trying to loose at 20lbs by the end of the year. Have you tried out her app. Apparently it says I need to consume 1678 calories a day to loose 1lb a week and I am struggling I normally only eat like 2 times a day and snack in between

OMGosh!!! Jo, this workout was amazing!!! At one point I was huffing and puffing and my chest was on fire and I was saying “where is this cooldown?!! Lol but I loved it! Burned 178 calories in just 20 mins!! thank you thank you thank you!!!!
