Here we are making walking at home fun and effective! This is yet another one of my walking workouts that I've heard you've been really enjoying!
This one is best for boosting your mood, as your body tells your brain that you are confident and strong with these BIG moves!
This workout is fast paced, so it will keep your heart rate elevated and get you SWEATY! Make sure to hydrate as much as you can, as it will help you have energy during and after your workout and will also help you recover for your next workout!
Make sure to track your progress in the comments! I love hearing the level of difficulty it is for you and how you are improving as you repeat this workout

I have mobility issues after a lengthy battle with cancer, and I need knee replacements. Finally! Workouts I can do. I modify where I need too, but you make it so easy to get movement in my day! Love your videos!

This was great! Low impact but could feel it! The 15 minutes went by fast and could do it again so I will do this twice a day on top of my other cardio 💛 music was on point also!

I love these walking workouts and love that I hit a sweaty mile without leaving my house! Sometimes I have to pause for a second just to get my coordination down 🤣 really love that you give a preview of the next exercise!

I honestly dont know how you came into my virtual life .. but not only are your work outs helping me .. youre boosting my confidence. I literally feel like youre really working out with me. The are heaven sent. I feel so good. This is my 2nd workout I have completed for the day so im going to take a rest and pick back up tomorrow. I am so glad you have made these videos. I am 5'4 and 185. I am looking to lose weight and boost energy and have the confidence I once had. Thank you so much!

I did this two times with a 10 min break between them and burned 300 calories which was impressive. As a beginner this workout is very useful and not too hard to do.

😂🥲 I did it once but only burned 66kcal according to my smartwatch XD I swear I at least burned 100 with the way my heart is acting and how beaten I am hahahahah

okay so Im in week 2 of Jo's walking workouts and guys I am so much stronger. I completed the workout without stopping at any point. It was challenging but usually where I stop certain workouts, today I was able to do them all without any problem! Only my 6th workout and 2nd week in and I am stronger. Even walking to the bus stop after work is so much easier! It used to be so tiring! And its just a 15min walk. Jo, ilysm!!! And I hope this encourages someone much like so many comments on Jo's channel encourage me

First day trying this workout. After some disappointment in my weight loss journey (despite all my efforts, I went from 89kg to 100kg which demotivated me), I now found the motivation to loose some weight and accept the way I am, not limiting myself. I will continue this workout for a year with others on your channel and share results 🙂 (goal for now: 90kg, final goal: 60 kg perfect for my height)

More of these, they fit into my day while my kids nap perfectly, under 20 mins and super easy, and challenging for this momma to follow postpartum! Your format and rest period and coming up next flow is perfect. Plus I’m not making a ton of noise while the littles sleep! Once a week like this please!

I have been on my weight loss journey since July 2020, starting weight was 352, as of just 2 weeks ago I was down to 281. Been struggling with getting my motivation back up to continue working out, but seeing your videos have got me so excited to get back into working out!!! Can't wait to try these videos ❤️❤️

I lost 6 pounds in two weeks(including weekends) thanks to you some might think its not much of a change but for me it everything(from 270 to 267) I feel really accomplished and I cant thant you enough It might be a simple workout but its truly amazing if you stick too it

I an 5'2" tall and just over 300lbs. I have done this video in parts a couple times but today I did it all the wat through. It felt great checking to see how far I had gone and seeing that there were only 5 minutes left and sticking with it. Thank you for sharing this.

Wow. I worked out with you for 3 months to get in shape for my European holiday and I was so darned proud of myself for reaching all my goals and for how good I felt on the trip!! I walked MILES around Rome, climbed the Acropolis without breaking a sweat and just generally felt amazing. We've been back for a month now and I've struggled to get motivated to work out again. I still feel ok but I can feel it slipping back down hill and the weight creeping back up. I am desperate to not lose all my gains!! I pushed myself tonight to work out and I slammed on this video without even allowing myself to think my way out of it. I've always loved this workout so I knew what I was in for and I loved every minute!! I could feel my body remembering how much it loves this feeling and I SMASHED IT!! Love indoor walking workouts. Looking for more concentrating on thighs, stomach/waist and with weights! For some reason the walking workouts give me more energy. The walking workouts are fun make me happy:)

I know this posted 2 years ago, but I just have to say that I have never enjoyed a workout more! I did this one and the 2 mile with weights, and I feel great. I SMILED during this workout, which I have never done. As a C-Section mama, it has been hard for me to get back in the swing of things and work on getting my body back in order. I broke my knee a year ago and have still been struggling to get into a "normal" workout routine again. This was perfect! The only thing I couldn't do was the squats towards the end, so I just stayed in the resting/warmup walk. Thanks for making something so accessible!

Perfect for a quick step workout for a busy mom. I put my baby in the sink with some toys and did this in the kitchen infront of her. I wouldn't say its challenging but it does get your heart rate up and steps in! Thanks!

I started this workout about 20 minutes after I completed a strength training workout. I actually had to put in some deeper leg movements and more arm movements to make it a bit more challenging BUT I had to do that because YOU HAVE MADE ME FITTER AND STRONGER! My husband remarked last night that I am looking better. I've been trying to do strength workouts 3x a week (one of which is usually one of your GWJ strength workouts) and a GWJ cardio session 3x a week. I am watching portion sizes, eating for gut health (fiber) and eating a bit more protein. And resting! IT IS WORKING! This 57 year old menopausal woman thanks you!

I love this! I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome that never went away after my last pregnancy, so getting in ALL of the workouts without having to put pressure on my wrist is a life saver for me!!! I’ve cried because I wonder how I would be able workout with my wrist bothering me all the time! I’ll be doing more of these!!!

Hello, I’ve been doing this workout for about three days, but this is my first comment, I know this video was posted a while ago, but I just discovered it. I’m gonna try to update this comment everyday, so ya’ll can have hope and try it too. Now in November nine of 2023 I weight 156 pounds and height 5’’0 ( I’m a 14 yrs old girl ) First day, I did this 2 times with, first time I burned 147 calories and second time just 109 calories, but is bc I did put the video on 1.5x speed, so i only did 8 minutes of workout. Remind every body is different, you could burn more or less calories, don’t give up. 💪🏽

These are perfect for me right now! I'm just getting back into exercising after almost 2 weeks of restrictions post-op. Great for a mood boost too! I've lost a lot of strength, and this is all I can and should do right now and that's okay.

I think I'm addicted to this video Jo! It's my M-F 5 a.m. date before work! I love it as I have a posterior tibialis tear and have to wear a brace but this video only has 2 moves I'm unable to do. I just improvise and keep going!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

You guys!! Shameful to say this but I am LAZY when it comes to workout but this really IS beginner friendly! Easy. Gets the heart rate up, burns the calories. JUST DO IT! I did it while watching a podcast so it kept my focus from feeling like “I’m working out and it’s a chore”… so yeah

Well Jo, I’ve been doing your workouts for over a year and a half, and had really built my stamina up, and lost a ton of weight, but now I must start back at the beginning! I just 6 days ago suffered a DVT that broke loose into 3 and went to my lungs. I’m doing very well, and thankful to be alive! But! Have to start with all your beginner workouts, 10 -15 minutes, and monitoring myself. Got through this one almost half way, but tomorrow is another day, I can get a little farther. Thanks Jo!! ❤️❤️

I’m gonna do this workout for as long as possible and will be sharing my results here! ✅=complete ❌=not complete Day 1:✅ Did this downstairs whilst watching on my tv, really not that bad for difficulty but does give you a sweat, I was wearing something warm though to promote more sweat though haha, coke back tomorrow!

I am nursing a broken foot and I gotta say Jo is the best thing on YT!! I actually love my workout with her and smile with her! This coming from a 44 year old non gym lifelong athlete that does an 18 mile run/walk per week. I love her!! This video has become my staple.💯👏🏽🙌🏽 Ps....I have to charge my Garmin watch🥴

Thank you for having a pleasant-sounding timer. I love doing KZbin workouts but the loud and annoying timer “beeps” can be a big turn-off. I love a gentle, friendly timer sound like the ones in this video!

Hiiii jojo I have been working out with you for a couple months now but last year I kept falling off but this year I tell my self it’s time for changes and I want to accomplish loosing weight I am 14 (but I’m turning 15 in 4 days)and over 200 pounds I have been working out for 2 weeks straight and I am so proud of myself!! I just need the courage to keep going because I wanna see my results!! I always have no energy for the day but after I do your workouts i feel like anything’s possible ITS LIKE MAGIC!!!
