Hey Helena, it’s corona time and I just started seeing someone before we were all put into isolation. I am feeling disappointed that he doesn’t call or text or do any FaceTime videos as I thought we’d use this time to get to know each other more. We managed to see each other once or twice during this period when we felt it was safe to visit. But I did somehow bring up that I feel I’m getting mixed messages or that I’m confused where we stand (I didn’t do it very directly.) when we’re apart he texts me almost every day or every other day but the convos are short. When we’re together we have a lot of fun and get along! Finally I sent him a voice note explaining that I’m confused where we stand and I need more communication. He said he feels he’s disappointing me because he just can’t give more right now and that corona and being stuck at home is really affecting him and this is all he can do (I know he does zoom calls with friends etc. and is still active at home with brewing beer or cooking elaborate meals. It’s not that he’s depressed. Yet he just can’t give ME more energy right now.) it’s been about 6 dates and I don’t know if it’s corona, or his feelings towards me or I’m expecting too much. I want to just back off but how can I course correct any demanding energy or “urgency” I just put out there? I know leaning back is important which I’m practicing now but any course correction at this point?

Kim Gordon is it in general? I mean what if he told you thAt he thinks he’s not ready yet to be in a relationship (we’re still trying to get to know each other we’re constantly talking to each other going 3months now) and we’re like friends when we are chatting BUT if we’re on our date he is sweet. Well i told him on the first day that we met that i dont like guys who are “agressive” or guys that would tell me that they like me even if we just only knew each other on a short period of time. So i guess thats what he wanted to show me. We never talk romantic topics about us when we are chatting oe texting. Well maybe thrice or twice, i said i like him he said he like me as well but both of us said we are not trying to go fast with everything,.. does this mean that he really likes me? That he just wanted us to know much more with each other? He’s not dating anyone i would know that cause we’ve been talking from morning til night even if he’s at work Lol and he cares for me sooooo much. I’m just a bit confuse

If you have to manipulate a man into chasing you, then he isn't the right guy for you. If a guy is distant, then he isn't truly into you anymore, and that's ok. At this point, it's best to move on. If a man is being distant because he's playing games, then he is a boy, not a man. Women and men should be able to directly communicate their needs. If they can't do this, then they have no business dating. People need to leave the games behind in high school.

Always WITHIN, my beloved feminines))) In my experience as a feminine counterpart, the feminine counterpart (man or woman) needs to put all attention on self love. In other words, the feminine needs to utilize her (I will just use the term "her" for the feminine) energy toward meeting all of the aspects of the self which the masculine triggers to the surface (not good enough, not beautiful/thin/smart/sexy enough/young enough, reject able, unworthy, etc). When the feminine stays true to herself by remaining in her feminine energy, meaning, she remains in HERSELF (when the compulsion is to reach out to the masculine), and when she receives the pain and hurt and confusion triggered by the masculine, and when, in doing so she parents/partners/loves herself the way her ego desires the masculine to love her, then she becomes extremely attractive and desirable to the masculine, because in reality, she is reflecting his potential to become an integrated masculine, a balanced being, and this embodied feminine is a rare creature indeed...like a fairy tale feminine that the masculine always dreams about... A feminine who does this is the embodiment of the goddess. She is a testimony to human potential, and there is no greater magnet of inspiration and adoration to a masculine of conscious intent than a feminine who reflects his potential. (she reflects his spiritual potential which inspires his worldly potential) Now, this will not attract every masculine, only the masculine who is interested in living his true potential. Every time the feminine unconsciously reaches out to the masculine to receive loving, accepting, validating attention, it is for her to become aware of the conditioning to turn away from herself, to stop, and redirect that energy within and give herself that attention. When she becomes skilled at redirecting her attention consciously within, she will attract a man who is seeking a woman to light his path for his own growth, rather than fulfill his needs or exceed his egoic expectations. He will be naturally drawn to the most self loving mirror. He will not be intimidated by a feminine who is stepping into and shining her feminine power, he will realize he actually needs her in order to fulfill his potential. So, beloved feminines, do the inner work. Come into conscious relationship with your unconditional self. Redirect all of your available, loving, compassionate, generous, gentle, sensitive attention away from the masculine and place it on holding safe space for all of the fractured, rejected, abandoned, hurt, hated aspects of yourself. Hold those broken pieces. Love them deeply. Make this your commitment and you will, at some point, draw in a masculine who is a clearer reflection of your true self rather than a confused masculine who isn't sure if he wants to step into his potential or remain sedate and lazy in his egoic programming. When you take this conscious step and you devote yourself wholeheartedly to it, you will never again need to figure out how to navigate anything with any masculine energy. You will always know that the direction you need to take whenever you fall into confusion, fear, doubt, uncertainty, hurt, etc; is WITHIN. Always within, dear goddesses. That is your superpower. Self love. xoxox

Now he keeps texting me everyday and asking me to come over. I refused him it's not that I'm playing hard to get but I just need to take a little break from pain. @@HelenaHartCoaching I save this video for when my guy pulls back and I don't know what to do. It helps me remember just mirror his actions. This happens to me alot. When they stop pursuing as much as the beginning, I push forward taking on the masculine role accidentally without even realizing it. Now I'm being the pursuer. This just happened with me. He slowly became more distant after we slept together. Then I accidentally started pursuing, it's subtle! I didn't even realize I was doing it. Asking him what he was up to this weekend, if he was still coming over. He disappeared. It's only been a day now. But when he does come back I'll be busy, whether I'm really busy or not. Keep it friendship type conversation, and let him pursue. If and when we get together, then we'll have a conversation... But then that's the problem. I loved this & its so true! A guy just recently came back into my life that id known for over 4 years & I approach him completely different than before... where before I was pretty needy, anxious & frustrated when he would or wouldn’t do certain things, the last couple of months, I shifted massively, so I was living my own life, I do the mirroring thing with him - not to be petty, but just that I don’t feel the need to respond right away or interact like crazy. My texts to him are shorter & lighter & since my habits has changed, his have changed more & more as well. I don’t make a big deal about any silence either, because I know he has stuff going on in his life & so do I. He’s even admitted certain things to me about how he feels & sees me, that he never did before, but I’m just going with the flow & enjoying life!

Love the content of this video 😍 I was in a situation where the attraction was strong at the beginning, but then the guy got cold feet. The need to understand what was happening with him and to clear things up made me engage completely in my masculine energy, and I became the pursuer. If only I had known then what I know now (famous last words) I would have implemented the tools that you teach, and it would have taken 2 days and not 2 years to get myself out of that compulsive and exhausting and not to mention self blaming because I felt responsible routine. In the end however, I stopped all contact and changed my phone number too. What I learned was to ask myself, “is this how I want to be treated in a relationship, or by any person?” If not, I don’t give it anymore of my energy. When I started watching your channel, I began to stop chasing, and started allowing things to be. Thank you

I like how you don’t demonize men who go ghost or cold, and how you acknowledge that it’s usually unconscious and it’s less likely to be a sign of narcissism or abuse. There’s always room to create change in their behavior but we as women have to be open to change ourselves and our reactions/behaviors to their confusing actions. To stop assuming these men are narcissists and being so quick to cut them off and blame them. Men are usually reflecting our energy, so to change what they’re reflecting we need to change what we’re energetically projecting. Thank you for this video!

write down your day by the hour starting at 8am to 8pm, fill your day up with productive things. If you're still at home you can always read, cook, garden, journal, study, spend time with family. Be so involved into your own self growth and development that you don't have time to constantly check your phone and play mind games. Also set boundaries for yourself. You are a busy woman, tell yourself, I will only reply to a mans text messages or calls between 6am-8am and 6pm-8pm. Respect yourself. You should not stay up waiting around for a text or text him late into the night, you have to get your beauty rest. Life is short. Trust me, when you are 80 years old playing bingo you're not going to be thinking about this petty issue. Leave a legacy, what work can you do now that will make this world better? this is what I did intuitively and its true. create new habits to occupy ur time away from him. if yall live together you have to leave and let him be with his bs, take care of your thoughts and self care is crucial. make new friends, nurture your friends and family, always be graceful but stand up for your values and beliefs of what you want from the relationship and never settle. it's not your job to teach them except how to be around you.

Helena i agree with you and your content. thank you for always liking my comments. i met a good guy once. he one time went three days without texting me. he came back saying he was busy. fast forward three months later and he tells me that he liked me since the day we met some women are pouring their traumas and insecurities onto other peoples lives. which i can sympathize with them on. but the reality is, a man’s distance with you has nothing to do with how he feels.

What would be really interesting is to see on your channel an exploration into attachment theory and how it intersects with a lot of these topics. Mainly these types of behaviors are frequently found in insecure attachment, especially Dismissive or Fearful Avoidant types. Going silent is generally a red flag unless you want to put in a LOT of work and do a LOT of self-abandonment and repressing your own emotional needs just to have this guy in your life.
@HelenaHartCoaching2 жыл бұрын

When they lose interest I don’t even want to do it anymore. What’s the point?! I don’t want a man who can live without me ! I want a man who wants me because he can’t imagine a life without me . That we love fully . Or not at all.

Why are some men so dodgy and don't like showing they like someone , just because they could be committment phobic? If you confront them about their behaviour, why they are getting cold towards you, that's gonna send them miles away! It bothered me for years, but now it's a turn off. If he isn't available, then he rather FO!

My biggest issue with dating, I'd say, is guys who at first seem very interested but then disappear. I get that they have lots of things to think about, like work and their kids. But how do you hold their interest is my biggest question.

It's interesting to watch this over a year later and review the question I asked (37:50). Update... We're just friends now. We never did sleep together and I'm glad of that. We had an open and honest talk and continue to do so. He said he thought highly of me and only wants the best for me. He said he also didn't see his career changing anytime soon. So with that, he said he hoped we would always be friends and thanked me for being there when he went through some tough times. He still calls when he has time and we have good conversations. I'm more at ease with him and myself now. I'm glad we're just friends. I still love all of the advice in a video, not just that to me.

Thank you Alex for advising women not to sleep with men because that is the only most important thing he wants from a woman, while women want a lot more from a man and women give in to him without taking out time to know him or any investment from him. Then men love the cat and mouse game . A woman wants more after being intimate but then it’s too late because women get strung along by believing or hoping him on empty words. That is why men nowadays, don’t want to get married anymore because women become wives anyways and after a few years he might find any little excuse and move on to another relationship . Women have very limited time to waste on serial relationships , and these men waste their prime youth , then most women end up with being with younger low quality guy, who needs financial assistance to build their lives . There was a time when men chased and courted women but now tables have changed due to this modern vice of becoming their wives without the ring.
