Dear Steven, as someone who has had to do a lot of flying and dealing with time zone changes...often 16 hr flights (Toronto to Hong Kong), there are things you can do to prevent/ ease jet lag. Make friends with melatonin!

I am in awe of you, I listen to your podcast every time i'm in the gym and every lunchtime.(and now your "behind the diary vlogs) I think the most thing i'm impressed with is how humble you are!! and how you treat people. I've heard time and time again how people will be ruthless in business and don't mind stepping on people to get to the top and then when they are at the top look down on every on below them. I was surprised to hear you talking about Maslows hierarchy of needs and think that it is so hard for people to fulfill even the basic needs of love and security and i believe all parents should have knowledge of them, as a basis for parenting.
