The Value level of ALL your Diary of a CEO episodes are limitless! They will live on forever and have the capacity to inspire and affect millions, over and over again. Seriously Stephen, the fact that these interviews are so wonderfully personal and the guest list SO varied, makes them ALL incredibly interesting, informative, with often life changing to those who resonate with your guests. I love this series too as you really make us feel a part of your day and that’s just amazing. Thank you. ❤

Can I say how much I love seeing those calendar entries. I feel like I e learned a ton just by watching how Stephen organizes and categorizes his day. Plus the building in of seemingly minuscule stuff like driving somewhere.

I love seeing the behind the scenes and the level of "intention" you lead with. Everything is so intentional. Also - I do believe that the value you add to your team through conversation / advice comes back around through the value they're able to add to you. Love how the working environment is healthy and that people work WITH you - not just FOR you. Also - the fact that you don't prance around in an overpriced suit is so helpful. I prefer working in sweatpants and a hoodie but was told "no one will take you seriously unless you dress a certain way" - while this isn't completely incorrect - you dressing more casually day to day freed me from the belief that I have to pretend to be something I'm not in order to be able to do something I can do. These episodes add so much value. Thank you!

He is right, you are an amazing interviewer with everyone that's on the show. You are always so calm, collected, prepared and you always seem so interested in each guest. Even down to the tone of your voice. You are brilliant at what you do. Very talented.

11:28 The input = output framing of a hard activity or day is honestly so insightful. Instead of seeing these days as stressful or draining, i'll remind myself to reframe them into rewarding days because i usually forget that i will reap not only what i sow but also what i nurture consistently. So thanks Steven for that insight, i know it will keep me going on the hardest days. ❤ Sending love from Ethiopia 🇪🇹

I'm really appreciating seeing the behind the scenes... Especially as a self-employed individual building their own business. The hustle and business, the feeding and nurturing of the business can be super demanding but the payoff is incredible. And it's so soothing to hear you say the payoff might be instant or it might be in 7 months... Because sometimes we ask ourselves whhhhyyy when the endgame feels a bit far. I also think it's incredible the degree of presence Steven has with each part of his day. The ability to sit with pure presence when having 3 interviews and multiple meetings in a day must be so draining energetically and mentally. But I, like all of us listeners, so greatly appreciate it. So thanks for another great series of interviews and another insight behind the scenes.

Steven, Will and team these videos are incredible, they provide tremendous value and the pacing grips the audience. There is only one piece of feedback I have as a viewer, your thumbnails. For this episode and the last, the tone of the thumbnails is within the same style a lot of popular KZbinrs use. That’s not a bad thing but you aren’t just providing entertaining content, you’re providing educational and inspirational content. For me personally these past two have felt at odds with your video style and who I perceive you to be. If I didn’t know you, I’d be surprised at the content based on your chosen thumbnail style. I think your style and quality should be represented in the thumbnail, I want to click on the video because it looks rewarding not just because I know whatever you do is. I say all of this with the utmost respect, I plan to watch you for however long you make content and I dream of being a part of it one day.

Loved this episode for all the reasons folk have already stated above. The thing I'm taking away this week (apart from the tracker pad under the desk - which, whether such a thing existed, had crossed my mind before) is the non-judgemental stance you take. The more episodes I watch, the more I see the exceptional skill you have in asking your guests probing questions without revealing any judgement or critical bias. Gives you such integrity (and is such a welcome antithesis to the fuel that frequently drives social media and some journalism these days) Thank you for making a difference, and showing how it's done 🙏
