The huge difference between a RF member and a politician is the lenght of time they're able to give to a charity. William was away at boarding school at the time and got ridiculed by his fellow students - and is on record as confirming this! Diana was good at the 'fun things' with her children but is probably the reason why both sons hate photographers - she always let them know where she would be and when to ensure frontpage coverage: Meghan has studied her well. It is his father and grandparents who have taught Prince William well. Obviously he loves and misses his mother but she did NOT raise him well.

No fancy speeches, star studded benefits, massive agencies collecting donations & having no idea how the money is spent. True aid without agenda nor politics. Hi. Had to respond to this! I’m on the other side of the fence; a chronic mast cell patient with reactions so out of control I’ve lost tolerance to standard houses. I’ve moved into a teardrop camper to seek out locations that are free of my immune system’s triggers - the only advice doctors have until treatments become more effective. It’s a challenge and a half, isolating but also enlightening. DOAC is helping to provide me with inspiration daily. Nurses are my favourite people. In no small way, they’ve kept me alive beyond my sell by date. 🤍

I am from the dinosaur time, Steven's podcast helps me understand the problems we need to address in our minds and hearts to live a full life of understanding, there is maybe a space for retired people to help more in making the lives of others better. We have lived most of the cycle of our lives, ups and downs, heartbreaks and heart fillers and come to a place when we need to understand and accept its life in a world we cant change or control at a macro level, however we can do one thing each day to help unravel the sins of our political, social and economic constraints we live in. For me its not what works in the system, its for does it does not include. I apologise for ranting here, but feel so good in trying to express myself. I'm old enough to be your grandmother, have watched you from the start of this channel. Retired now but the last couple of years of my working life were miserable due to managers who hadn't the faintest idea how to treat people let alone manage them. Loved the part on homelessness, came back to the UK a couple of years ago and no one willing to help with housing of any kind or assistance to pay rent as earning minimum wage and that is deemed enough to look after yourself. Thankful for roadside motels where we had to live for a few months, no assistance even to find accommodation, but we managed and eventually ended up renting privately.

I'm a local Bournemouth fella and I was just talking with my friend about Bournemouth's homelessness this morning- how they council have attempted to social cleanse the area over the years: from playing Alvin and the chipmunks on repeat at Bournemouth bus station (to deter sleepers), to buying bus tickets for the homeless to move them away to places up north. So, it was quite surprising I came across this video shortly after. Hats off to you Steve and Prince William, it's about time the focus and care is centred on battling homelessness, especially when there is a housing crisis in the UK, however, you must understand many homeless have adapted to the the lifestyle of the streets, even prefer it, and find it abnormal living in accomodation. Not just a practical issue but an emotional issue too. I believe life skills should be taught in schools from a young age; from opening up a bank account, to hanging a shelf, to cleaning and organising one's home, etc. This may appear patronising but it's surprising how often ignorance seeps into adulthood. Some parents are not capable of teaching these life lessons because they were never taught themselves. Education and compassion go a long way.

I find this channel so inspiring in its content and Steve in particular. To come from his difficult life being supported by his single Mum, to where he is now is a recipe which can be followed. The homeless here in Australia are also struggling, living in cars and going to work, showering wherever they can. So many homes are holiday rentals and other landlords are selling up due to interest and other rising costs. Rising rents make it unaffordable for many thousands and trying to save for the big dream is nigh impossible The fact that Prince William is helping in such a visible and productive way is hopefully going to get the UK homeless off the couch and streets. With Steve's input and experience in with the team It will make a difference.
