ഇതൊക്കെ എന്തോന്ന് ഭക്ഷണ രീതിയാണ് ദൈവേ .മനുഷ്യർക്ക് ഇതൊക്കെക്കഴിച്ച് ജോലിക്ക് പോകാൻ പറ്റുമോ.ഡോക്ടർമാർക്ക് ഇതു തന്നെ അധികമാണ്. കസേരയിൽ രാവിലെ മുതൽ വൈകിട്ട് വരെ ഇരുന്നുള്ള ജോലിയല്ലേ'

Is that soaked almonds.?? Almond contains phytic acid which inhibit nutrient absorbtion in our body . Soak almonds in water at least for 8 to 10 hrs or soak overnight and consume it.
