I think as South Asians, curly hair routines are so much less common. In my experience anyways, a lot of South Asians I know in friends/family often just straighten their hair (if curly/wavy) or some are lucky enough to have naturally straight hair haha. Thank you so much for this video! It's like this was made for my hair type ❤️ Just a quick q - at what point are you combing/brushing your hair? Is it in the shower before you out the leave in conditioner? How often do you brush your hair? And how do you refresh your curls in between? Embracing my curly hair is a new thing for me so apologies for all the questions!

I am allergic to fragrance shampoo. Finding a fragrance free shampoo for my curly-kinky hair was so difficult. Fragrance does nothing for hair so I could not understand why it is so difficult to find fragrance free shampoo and conditioner. VaniCream was the only brand a the time I could use but it made my hair kind of dry. Then I used baby shampoo, CeraVe, but I did not feel it was cleaning my hair. Then I saw Seen which was develop by a dermatologist who notice hair care products were effecting people's skin. I really love the Seen shampoo. It is so moisturizing. Seen offers fragrance free shampoo, conditioner, and styling products. Other products that are fragrance free Briogeo (best conditioner), Jessicurls, and Curl Mix. All are USA products, so sorry if you live in other countries. I did asked other brands that I love if they will please offer fragrance free products. If we all write to them telling them there is a needed and demand we could have more options.

I hve severe seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp and I hve it on my face as well. Diet is a big key cause when I stop SUGAR AND MILK it stopped. But recently I started back having sugary foods and immediately the seborrheic dermatitis came back on my scalp with a vengeance. Jus my experience.
