just run a flowmaster with a res delete.... i have mine as a single out with a 3 inch tip and it sounds amazing

i like the sound of it i have a 2.4 strautus coupe (the last gen they made for coupe) even tho its a i4 not v6 i dont want an engine swap maybe a nice exhauat like this and some minor tune ups. i just need help getting a nice sound that goes with it.

I'm sorry for that no one responded to you for like 7 years. But if you want my opinion. The easiest way to get awesome pure sound is the muffler delete, but if you want your car to sound like this then I can't help cuz I dunno what exhaust parts this has.

Yeah i had one and the resonator blew out of it and sounded ungodly.... then it blew up because Chrysler 2.7's are the plague of the car world

Meh, a lot of that is because people did not maintain them. Keep the oil changes up to date and the engine is fine.

orasis still a shitty design. And was def the worst engine Chrysler ever produced! I'm a mopar nut love dodge Chrysler products but I will never own a 2.7, pvc system, head design, water pump design all contribute to the early failures of these engines. Make good power for how small they are but the design flaws where the main issue with them. Yes maintenance with people is always an issue, but shit u could run a slant 6 with no oil and it wouldn't die lol

Ram Runner 218.800 miles and no sludge, knocks on my 2.7. Its not the fastest engine but its been good for me.

Tim Coll I must have the one good 2.7 in the world then. Its about to hit 220.000 miles and it has zero sludge , Headgaskets are factory, no knocks.

Tim Coll Its a 2002. Waterpump went out at 165.000 then 216.000 because i bought a autozone pump. I put a good pump in now.
