Pushing people into a moving traffic is also so stupid. I would even go so far as to say that throwing explosives into a children's playground hasn't been very smart. For some things saying that they are "so stupid" actually normalizes them far too much. But I agree, a fantastic video!

There's good new music now.. just way way WAY less of it.... Any good hit list is something like 85% 80s, 90s, 5% 70s, 5%early 2000s, 1% 2010 and newer, and 4% pre 70s classics

Bet it was a large caliber air rifle.. they’re getting more and more powerful and more popular these days. Yes.. dirt mount behind targets works well. It’s hard for a rifle round to get thru only 2 feet of dense dirt. That loud rifle shot you heard with the crackling noise was definitely a supersonic rifle bullet.

I think what was happening maybe were reflections of the signal going back and forth in the rock and some getting out in my direction. The helical antennas aren't the greatest, but they are fairly good at cross polar rejection (I think, half of those reflections getting back to me would be oppositely polarized)

it was a 1.6w rush vtx, I think I was running it at max power. I used to always run at 800mw to go easy on the vtx, but now I figure I'll just max it out and change the VTX after a year or two.

An inspiring adventure! Love these vlogs! Glad you're safe! I was just wondering what hd cam you're using in this video? Since you was so "happy" to loose your gopro hero 11 mini last time lol.. ;) I´m a bit on the fence.. I am coming from Hero 8 basically, both a "naked" one and a full size. Can´t get a Hero 10 Bones sadly. So i´m considering Hero 11 mini or a naked hero 11 or 12(flywoo perhaps, but very pricey). Don't like the weight of the full size hero 11 or 12 though.. What would be your "two cents" on this luxury trilemma? Cheers!
