This is off topic but I tried rice bucket training because of your forearmes tier list video. I always thought rice bucket stuff was a meme but you convinced me to give it a try. I'm pissed I waited so long to try it. I can hardly type right now because of how tired my forearms and hands are. I'll go do a bunch of hammer curls now. Thank you.

Rice bucket training is no joke, absolute hell doing it but it's so worth it. Forearm veins popping, less wrist and elbow pain and i don't have to use my straps as much.

Great timing bro. I've recently run into this thought after being really consistent with good technique and adapted weight. While I noticed that my bicep isn't getting higher, it is getting wider. I Imagine once my body feels that the bicep is wide enough, it'll start growing more vertically.

I Am doing what you said since 2023 december . 😮 And trust me guys I don't go to gym or have equipment (except 1 Dumbbell) I made many progress . Example= compare 3:28❤ DON'T LOOSE HOPE .. I ONLY DO HAMMER CURL TO FIX IT .. IMAGINE WITH EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIMENTS 💪

Equipment or supplements wouldnt help you because even if you had access to them, to train your brachialis youd just be doing dumbell hammer curls. And supplements, besides maybe creatine, doesn't give you extra gains.

train your short head and long head of your biceps. been training for a year and some months consistently. implementing both preachers, hammer curls, and overhand preachers changed my arms. it’s possible boys/girls. be patient and train hard. cheers!

I have relatively long biceps so my arms don't really look big even after a crazy pump. And for a while i thought my regiment was just lacking or that i wasn't putting in more effort even tho I feel like it. Now i can rest easy knowing my biceps just need patience.

I have a short biceps and because of that it actually looks bigger when I flex it😅 so I get a lot of compliments from my friends for that. But I also have a well built triceps so even unflexed my arms look awesome to me🎉

Hey Winny, I’d love to see you make a few videos about injuries and recovery. Ive had 8 shoulder surgeries and can’t really lift anymore. That being said, I’m sure that there are plenty of people who have a torn rotator cuff or mcl that they could actually recover from and some guidance along the way would go far

also when u flex ur biceps that have high peak u can just move ur brush in other direction while straining biceps and it will make it less short

i also had the bicep problem when i only did bicep curls but when i switched to bicep pullups it helped a lot. i think increasing the range of motion could also be a soloution

For all my fellas who have short bicep belly's and still want their biceps to look big in photos. Just do side profiles with your arm pressed against your lat, flattening the bicep head and also showing off the triceps which will make your whole arm look much bigger.

People struggle to get biceps like his friend . But overall ur looks doesn’t matter if u both have similar strength (though looks matter in bodybuilding) we should not judge anyone like having short biceps will limit ur strength

The Long head of the tricep will also take away the attention of the gap. So go build you a meaty tricep sweep.

I think my biceps looks like that, but I don’t see it as a problem honestly. It only happens when I point the insides of my hands inwards while flexing, but I actually think it looks cooler that way.
