I am a manager at this pool and this event has taken place for 4 years now. It's great to see it getting this amount of attention. We have had an amazing summer with the people of Calgary and their dogs! Thank you to everyone who came out this year!

I tired swimming in the pool with my cat, his name is Waffles, cuz I don't have a dog, and he ended up defecating inside the pool. I called my pool man, and he came the next day, but then he said he could not find the fecal defecation in the pool. The next day, I told Waffles to NOT dedicate in the pool because we had guests over that day. Something worse happened. My cat jumped up out of the pool, and he got up on the picnic table where my guests and I where having dinner. Waffles went absolutely fucking nuts. He defecated all over our food and broke 2 glass cups. As I type this, I am waiting inside my local vet clinic, as Waffles is about to get intestinal surgery done. The animal surgeons said that he might not make it though the night because it was too late. Treasure the times you spend with animals, cause I had Waffles for 9 years. I love you waffles.
