Same thing happened to me but I was a minor (16) at the time and the person who humiliated me was 18 and he actually recorded me without my prior knowledge or consent. The amount of emotional distress he caused lasted throughout my whole senior year and I found out the next year that he would show guys in class while they were all sitting at the table behind me. I have a daughter now and when she’s high school age we will have a talk about safe sex, consent, and her options for if or when someone breaches her privacy and trust. I regret not coming forward and letting my mom handle it because we never talked about sex and I was embarrassed. But my daughter will know that she does not need to keep her head down and her earbuds in like I did.
