@@marleonetti7 Very true. Asians in general view dogs as livestock to eat. And their favorite way to prepare them is too gruesome & horrifying to even type. Thankfully, there are exceptions, even groups of people who are trying to change the general public's attitude toward dogs and stop the dog meat trade, but it's tradition & it's widespread, so it's an uphill battle. The defendant in this case is a horrible person. She cares nothing for dogs. Probably doesn't even like them. She just makes money by posing as a dog-sitter, while not actually dog-sitting. The plaintiffs are doing a great service to dog owners by warning them about her.

There's no indication they told her he had any kind of separation anxiety and you don't expect a dog to jump out of a window. This is like when my dad had two of my dogs I wasn't able to take my dogs to my grandparents house when my dad had kicked me out in the middle of the night and I wasn't able to pick them up either because my grandparents aren't allowed to have dogs in their house and my dogs were pitbull mix with boxers so anyway so my dad decides instead of calling me to watch the dogs he decides that him my friend and my little brother were going to go to his basketball tournament with his basketball team for a week and my friend who contacted our next door neighbors had asked them to look in on the dogs. Now mind you my dogs are well at the time they were 1 years old still have puppy energy and they are Pitbull Boxer mixes all I know is after I had ended this semester and went back to my mom's house till I was able to get my apartment my dogs had ripped the bags that had all my clothes and other stuff from my dorm and they had pee and pooped all over the house also tore up a pair of my Dad's shoes and they were out of town then when my dad gets back my dad goes on and beats my dogs and then leaves my dogs outside all night in the rain. So when I did live with my dad I always stayed home when they went to basketball tournaments or went out of town always stayed home with my dogs because I knew those were my responsibilities but after my dad had kicked me out of the house he started abusing my dogs and and they went to a shelter but I'm hoping that they went to a good home where some people will love them. But that to say if you have any type of dog and you decide to go out of town take your dogs to a border where they are taking care of don't let some random person you know take care of your pets I have a cat now and I have my boyfriend and he lives with me he's the only person I trust that can watch my cat he's the only person if he's not able to take care of my cat if I'm gone cuz he had to take care of my cat when I was in the hospital for a week and so I would only allow him to watch my baby or I would take my cat to the veterinarian hospital they also bored cats and dogs those are the only two places I would allow my cat to be taken care of my boyfriend or by my veterinarian hospital take her to but I would not allow any other person to take care of my cat cuz I would not want nothing to happen to her like this type of situation

Harvey hit the nail on the head! I rescued a dog born in a puppy mill in 2014. He could only drink out of a rabbit feeder and yelped the first few times he was exposed to grass. As a recurrent cancer patient my dog is and has been my lifeline. After multiple rounds of chemotherapy he alerted my family that I went into cardiac arrest. It’s heartbreaking to think people and laws view one of the most loving and loyal creatures as property!

It always bothers me when the guilty defendants don’t accept accountability. After all that, she said, “ I did nothing wrong “.
