This is from the album _Little Sparrow_ , released 4 years before KZbin existed. Dolly won a Grammy in 2001 for the vocals on this cover. Not sure when the video was recorded, but I do not think it was recently. But I'm glad she's putting the video on the platform now.

Gosh - what happy memories of the 90’s this cover brings back. Collective Soul was one of my favourite bands - saw them live a couple times I believe. But boy oh boy does Dolly do everything that little bit better! So beautiful and I love the bluegrass twinges and twangs. I’ve loved this lady since I was a kid in the 70’s and my mother had her songbook open on her piano. She’d play me “Coat of many colors.” Still remember that almost 50 years later, and 40plus years since mom sadly passed on. One day soon I’ve got to go back to Tennessee and visit Dollywood.
