The CRV Hybrid is more reliable than the gas CRV. The gas CRV uses the tiny 1.5 turbo 4 cylinder that has had lots of issues, the CRV hybrid uses a naturally aspirated 2.0 4 cylinder that is much more reliable. Honda has been making hybrids for years, nearly as long as Toyota and are considered just as reliable. The new consumer reports quality rankings just came out and these are the top 5 in order, 1. Subaru 2. Lexus 3. Toyota, and 4. Honda. 5. Acura

Just purchased a '25 Pilot EX-L, AWD at 11.1% off MSRP, w/no dealer-adds for a $45k OTD. This was about $2,750 less than the dealer's original OTD quote. I was in and out in about an hour. Appreciate the timeliness of this video as it helped me know that there was still some wiggle room, despite them saying otherwise during the first round of negotiations. Note, I did not shop dealers as the one I purchased from was close enough to my house and the OTD was more than agreeable + 2.9% financing and their year-end push to move cars. Thanks again for this video!

I was told by one dealer that: Invoice is 1200 off Holdback is another 500 Then they get another 200 for financing with Honda Then add the doc fee for a base level of profit they have. They also may get incentives for X#of units sold which will boost profit more. I had another dealer who matched that me deal I got too. That’s two dealers who did 2.7-2.8k off on this car. MSRP was 34500. OTD I got was 33265(~400 in sales tax though)
