Hidden obstacles are always a problem when you don’t try to look where you’re going first. Maybe getting out of the truck before hand and looking at water flow can sometimes reveal underwater obstacles, like huge rocks . I have a 22 Frontier but don’t off-road it but if I did side steps would be the last thing I’d install. At least you owned up to it👍. Nice truck, and next time stay safe, it’s cheaper lol.

My ‘23 came with 4 individual side steps that are easy to take off for off roading. Grandpa needs a lil help.😋
