This challenge is all about prioritising your flexibility and mobility by committing to stretching for 7 consecutive days. Whether you're a seasoned runner looking to enhance your recovery routine or a beginner eager to improve your flexibility, this challenge is for you.

There is a challenge for each person on different days in this 7 day challenge. It’s good to find those spots that need more work isn’t it 😊

I'm so glad you do a lot of work that gets into the hips. A lot of my classic track stretches were so leg focused and I'm noticing the difference after not skipping the stretch for several months now! Day 4 🏃‍♀️🌦️

Loved this after my run!! I've done Days 1-3 one per day since Monday, and loving it so far! This one was a bit harder on the wrists but sooo nice for the legs. Thanks as always Ash!

Hey Ash! Thanks for this great video, felt really good after leg day at the gym this morning. I wanted to tell you the build-up to the pigeon is done very nicely, it's been a long time since I got into pigeon with such ease and I was very satisfied with the range I got out of the pigeon with my right leg (that's the "difficult" side). Anyway, hope I have time to go for a run tomorrow and then come back for Day 5.
