Hi Everyone! Let’s talk Detox Teas, the benefits, what I recommend, a few tips and reasons why I drink these no matter what!
The Perfect way to utilize theft over peels from juicing instead of throwing it away!
Ingredients:
Pineapple detox tea
1 pineapple ( peel only)
1-2 lemons(peel only) (optional)
1” ginger ( peeled and chopped)
4 cups spring water
Citrus detox tea:
2-3 oranges(peel only)
1 lemon (peel only)
1” ginger ( peeled and chopped)
4 cups, spring water

Yes, absolutely! But you get more benefits when it’s hot. My personal preference, I drink the pineapple tea cold without lemon peels. As a regular cold iced tea!

Yes! I use to use a gas stove. It was perfectly fine for me.
