Grats Ray. New place looks good! Definitely a few things I would suggest. 1) For your computer, spend the extra few bux and get a battery backup...preferably an APC. The battery will save your bacon if the power blips, and any APC will have a guarantee that electrical surges will NOT fry your stuff, or they will warranty it. Well worth the extra $100 or so. 2) Be sure to have backups of all your essential files kept offsite, preferably in a secure cloud location. If you want you can ping me offline and I can recommend a few designed for small business, but whatever you choose, it's ESSENTIAL. Finally, make sure whatever computer you put in, don't be cheap and buy something from a retail store. Those are not designed for business, and you'll pay more fixing it than spending a little more for a commercial grade system in the first place. Again, ping me offline if you don't have a computer guy to consult with. Regardless, GOOD LUCK...and keep those clicks coming our way, so we can keep clicking your vids.

A little concerned about the powerstrp on the same circuit as the air conditioning. I assume you plan to have a computer on the desk. It would be nice to have the desk and electronics on its own circuit and a uninterrupted power supply/battery to prevent surges. Thanks for bringing us on this adventure.

Several of us have expressed concern about the electrical supply issues. Needs a real electrician to go over it all. Landlord might cover it.

It's a small AC plus that outlet is probably 15 to 20 amps long as he doesn't hook up one of them big executive massage chairs it won't blow the circuit computers and stuff like that don't draw a whole lot have a good evening

@@michaelpressman7203 If running a laptop through its charger, it will be ok. We used to caution against voltage variations, as when the compressor kicks in and drops voltage to the rest, but the newer power supplies get around most of that, too. It’s still a ‘dirty’ supply, though. Run through a small UPS and it will clean it up and protect from line spikes/drops and whatnot. And, if you use an office financial software, set it up for daily or weekly backups and take the thumb drive home daily. If the computer is stolen or damaged you don’t have to reconstruct your files from paper or memory. Happens Sucks.
