In case anyone didn't guess this, using iron sights gives no penalties or benefits. You are solely reliant on your weapon and ammo's stats. With that being said, there is no situation whatsoever where you shouldn't atleast be using a red dot sight, regardless of the weapon (save that it is compatible) - the bonuses far outweigh the very small penalties at EVERY range.

Thanks for the video! It's a pity that this sort of information isn't accessible within the game itself; I remember the original also being rather nebulous when it came to the differences between various weapons/equipment.

Ya thats probably one of the worst things about both games, wish they just gave you numbers in adition to what they have and add things like armor penetration. (although i realize it not in this game yet.)

Thanks, man! I haven't gotten to play the game later, so as far as the potentially outdated stats go, I liked the MK17 because of its superior firerate, being twice as fast as all the others except for the DM Rifle.

In the game, the graph suggests the holo sight has the quickest aim time for short range I thought?

This video is from Dec 13, 2020 - when I made it, they didn't have graphs in the game for the weapons/optics. There's a good chance they've edited the stats since then. I'll do an updated video at some point (probably when the stats are more concrete)

I know this is a year old but please do a enemies types video, you can't find a wiki steam guide or anything about the different types of enemies. Obviously vet insurgents are better than grunts but what about forigen advisors, I think there top tear, better than vets but where do security and whatever security QRF ? I need answers please

If people didn't tank your excel PowerPoint, you could've explained this in the video. I rewatched the ammo one twice. I think people could've enjoyed it more if there had been gunplay spliced in but I'm positive that would've been an editing nightmare
