I admire you both. I love the presentation. THANK YOU! This all makes perfect sense on a simple level. Between my sisters head injury (car accident) and a brain diagnosis that includes neurotransmitter interference with one of my teens, the information on 101 science I have obtained is huge. Four teenagers adds to the list of learning as well...Hah Sad to say the general public including highly educated people have a hard time understanding with injury or medical diagnosis the brain needs to heal and/or needs medical attention. It is not like we can put a cast or a huge bandage on the head for the visual people seem to need to pay attention, "I need time to heal or I need help". I'm excited to put this book on my reading list. More so to have this link to share, in order to pass on spoon fed information how to take care of our brain.
