Masunaga was mainly known for his corrections. Even though he provided key animation in his own episodes, we don't know who he really is.

​@@dbanimatorsactually miyahara stopped to do 2D animation, when Toei opened their 3D studio in late 90, miyahara shifted to 3D, he is famous to directing the intro of Precure DX3 intro and the Isekai/idol movie pop in Q (it was a personal project), he also made some ep for Kado and knight of the zodiac.

Però stando ad Anime News Network ha lavorato come "CGI Director" in Battle of Gods. Lo stesso ruolo per Toei Animation qualche anno fa in Suite Pretty Cure e Majin Bone. Può essere che adesso si occupi solo di effetti in 3D.

Again, we have to look ahead. We can't always hide in the past. We don't even know if Miyahara would be as good as he was, or if would suffer the same decline as Shimanuki's. We have to trust young animators.

Many people don't know this, but quite a few of the DBZ animators crew are still working on Super, and as expected, the vast majority of fans can't tell because their style of those artists have changed throughout the years. The rest of dbz animators, wether key or correction artists through the whole anime, have moved on to other projects or concepts; like Miyahara now being director in CGI departements.
