He isn’t Starbucks. Starbucks is THE status symbol when it comes to coffee. There’s a million other niche coffee shops that do will but will never compare. They go nuts because people look at apple/Starbucks as an example when it’s unrealistic. Apple/Starbucks got into their markets early and capitalized on the luxury tag before other did. Sure, competitors can always spring up, but how likely are they to actually cause a dent?

3:24 Honestly I wonder if Tej was even paying attention up until this point. He will stand out because his coffee beans are hand roasted, grade A luxury beans, and the fact that by the Dragon's admission, it is the best coffee Peter has ever had. That wasn't too hard, was it?

the brother had some flows with his pitch but the coffee is something special. I have seen people paying £5 for the same little cup the dragon used. many coffee enthusiasts would pay that much with no doubt but It will take time to build the business and the price has to be a bit affordable. but the roasting technique is not new invention, every habesha mum can do it with her eyes cloth

This would have been a good investment and the price point for the coffee wouldn't have deterred people on oxford road. Also its on trend too of people who no longer drink alcohol but moving to more interesting beverages like this one. Peter was right about outfitting a very basic shop although the figure of £10k was too low but £25 could have been doable depending on how much of a deposit he had to put down for renting the premises.

@4:00 yes but that doesnt mean there is a market, it means people are well aware there even more delicious coffee but grade 2-3 is perfectly fine for the price and not everything in life has to be perfect that said given the right location that would work perfectly; in the sense that its hard work for a small bit of cash sure, you can run a coffeejoint
