So let me get this straight. She came up with a not very impressive idea, then made a mediocre design and ordered 180.000 units of 'em with no idea how to pay for it. She somehow managed to spend 15k during this time (no idea where the money went) without even having something like a warehouse to run her operations from. She hasn't done any market research, she hasn't done any branding, marketing, or selling, all while she's on government hand-outs? And to make things even worse, she crumbles at the slightest bit of critique and starts crying. Come on now, she must be one of the least investible people I've ever seen.

I seriously hope the Indian manufacturer will demand at least a small percentage up front, because then the deal will fall through, which is about the only hope, Rachel has left. But like she said: otherwise the country will just pay her way.
@DaviesD854 жыл бұрын
Another issue, not dealt with here, is the personalisation. I assume the names are stitched on by the manufacturer in India. So if she's ordered 180,000 units, what names has she picked out and how many of each name has she ordered? My name was kind of common in the UK in the mid 80s to mid 90s, but I very, very, rarely see anything that is already personalised and on the shelf with my name on in places like Clinton's, W H Smith's or T J Hughes, these days. I have to go to Studio or eBay to get my name personalised on items.
