I don't have the money to take your class but just staying on any of your shows keeps me going. I'm the one that is 77 had lost 115 pounds and had gained back 30 pounds. Your show that day got me back really looking at what and when I'm eating. I am on sardines diet and have been for 15 days. I've lost 5 lbs last check and my ketones have been very high. She doesn’t need to convince anyone or anybody in any political arena at all. There is no one size fits all with what she does for work. I'm going to preface this with I really like you...and I'm not sure what you're referring to when you have a problem with some of the things that RFK has said... BUT....If you think he's wrong about immunizations... You're wrong! I have a daughter that I didn't get her shots untill 4th grade (she was a super small baby at birth; I was afraid of SIDS) and she ended up with PANDAS/PANS associated with strep throat/rheumatic fever...PANDAS/PANS is Autoimmune encephalitis... She was normal, healthy and the easiest going kid in the house with no behavioral problems at all before getting those shots... once I got those shots on board in her system in 4th grade.. fifth grade she got sick for the first time in years and then ended up screaming all days long for years and years... They only sent her to psych and said she had OCD... Didn't address her screaming all day long which was a medical issue and they neglected it. The gaslighting fallout from these immunizations and malpractice/neglect on these kids that are having reactions, chronic ear infections, behavioral problems from shots are off the charts and a lot of us are sick of it!!! Completely done with it and RFK is right about the shots!!! And vaccine injuries!!! I know is I had three children the first and the last were fat happy sassy babies wham bam boom thank you ma'am pregnancies so I felt comfortable getting the shots... I did see differences between the kids that had the shots and the one daughter in the middle that I did not have the shot's on... The one in the middle add absolutely no medical problems nor no behavioral problems... Easy, whimsical, fun-loving and the healthiest one!!! The two with the shots always had chronic ear infections sinus infections and this and that and this and that. Once I got my little girl her shots in 4th grade... All bets were off.. what was the shots the cause chaos in my kids' minds and bodies.. it was so obvious it wasn't even funny!!! And if I could go back I never would have gotten those shots on her!!! There's not much difference between letting children naturally die natural deaths (no shots) thinning the herd naturally or forced giving all children shots in a population and a core part of the population being so maimed they never have a normal life; they don't even function like a normal person to go out and get married, go to school have a career.. find the love of their life!!! You're too autistic and brain on fire with autoimmune Encephalitis like my daughters. ... My daughter's life went into the sh hole, she lost all of her friendship base at school, her grades plummeted to F's, she couldn't tolerate the germs, all the kids coughing and snorting their noses in school.. we couldn't eat dinner together anymore, her ears were affected as well and her brain on fire.. screaming all day long... I even offered a video to show to the doctor and he did not want to see it!!! and I'm not playing around with the doctors anymore!!! How dare doctor to have contempt to not believe parents that their child is completely changed after immunizations... And to not even attempt to make correlations with the shots is insane!!!

But, what we need is that Medicare needs to cover this education and a new way of treating metabolic diseases . That is policy change that is needed and mandatory education of Drs in order to to keep their license. When you are on Medicare , you have to pay for part B 185 per month, Part D, and a supplemental, deductibles . It leaves no money to spend on alternative treatments so unless you are wealthy, you are stuck.

Dr. Boz, when a person has been eating very low carb (say, less than 20g per day, even below 10 often), and let's say this is verified by lower A1C level, low triglycerides, higher HDL, and a very low fasting insulin, yet their ketones tend to be around 0.5-1.0 (unless they fast and after 24 hrs the ketones are above 1.5), how do we know that they are not actually producing a large amount of ketones, yet the uptake into the body's cells (i.e. clearance rate) has become more efficient (thus, faster), and so the blood level is fairly low? In other words, perhaps the throughput (the amount trafficked) of ketones into and out of the bloodstream could be high--large production plus fast uptake--while the blood level stayed relatively low. Do we know that a high level of ketones in the blood is also a good indication of high ketone usage? Isn't it important to know that ketones in the blood are being taken into cells and used, as well as knowing that they are being produced and put into the blood to start? Do we actually have a way of knowing the total throughput (i.e. traffic rate) of ketones in a given time? Do blood levels alone correlate reliably with this? Isn't the total throughput even more important than the blood levels alone? We know that the mitochondrial chemistry for using ketones efficiently takes some time to ramp up. We might expect ketone levels to rise more quickly when the mitochondria cannot yet use them very well (creating something of a backlog). But, when they get good at using ketones, we might expect blood levels to drop even as the rate they are being produced were about the same.

Just talking about allulose, did I take away correctly it will help get to autophagy?? no way my dr will support gp-1s or the like. I am on my own about this. My hubby has PD and we are always looking to get good ketones and autophagy. Being in Australia it is hard to get allulose. Is there a particular one that you mean? is all allulose on the market the same? anyone please feel free to add comments to this post. I would appreciate your experiences. Dr Boz I would love to take the course because I’m sure I’m insulin resistant. But I don’t have the glucose and insulin monitors and haven’t had comprehensive blood test for years. So I feel I would be flying blind and not enough time to be ready with enough data to do the course and it’s a lot of money so I don’t want to take the course without enough data going into it to be effective. Dr Boz. My suggestion to. Kennedy is simple. Tax net carbs per ten serving. Example is a penny for every carb over one. A slice of bread might be 20 net carbs. Ten slices at 200 carbs. Hence $2 surcharge as tax per loaf. Most people can afford $5 or $6 a loaf. But it will domino into all foods.

I use the Zepbound (GLP-1/GIP). Two months into it I added Keto and exercise to improve my results and improve my health symptoms and protect my muscle mass. It worked well for 6-8 months but then hit a stall. I have lost 82 pounds so far, but still have 20 pounds to go to goal. I have continued Keto for healing and health reasons but stalled again. I have now added sauna and red light therapy and am losing very slowly, but losing. I am convinced this is my forever lifestyle now. I want to know how I can get off of the Zepbound without gaining back the weight? Dr. Boz, do you have any advice for this?

The problem should be approached by addressing the causes in order of their contribution. Example: consuming glucose like we actually need it is 80% of the problem so address that first. At the other end: dye in cereal is bad, but is probably 3% of the problem. Dont treat all the causes equally. It confuses people.

I can compare medical practice between Eastern European and USA, Old school and New school. My family members were medical doctors in past. I'm really concerned about USA medical care degradation. Insurances are getting tougher, paying less. I see patients with 20 or more medication on daily basis. What's going on doctors, where is your knowledge of human philosophy and anatomy, biochemistry and pharmacology. Medical professionals are no longer doctors they're because pharmacy sellers.
