That LDL is scary low. Must have taken the doctors anti-memory pills. Or you’re starving your body of proper nutrition on plants. LDL higher is my goal. Triglycerides low and HDL high is much more important and way more correlated to heart disease. LDL should be ignored if trigs are under 100 (or lower is ideal) and HDL is 65+ (80 is great on carnivore).

Recently I had a wake up moment regarding my health especially when my Dr put me on a staten. About 80 days ago decided to go on a keto diet for health reasons following yours and other popular utube video channels. Just got a blood test this week and my cholesterol numbers dramatically dropped as well as triglycerides and VLDL and LDL (NIH) also A1c went from 5.7 to 5.4. Also lost 35 lbs during that time period that included intermittent fasting. I am committed to this life style change and will continue to look for ways to eat healthy.

#1... I was 16 yrs old, a very active kid but I kept telling my mom I was sooo tired all the time. She took me to the dr., he checked my iron. We lived in an area where we were on city water and we had a pool we swam in all summer. Once I finally put together all the symptom puzzle pieces and addressed it, I started getting better.

Been doing Keto and Carnivor for almost 5 years now. Whenever I take a break longer than a week, my whole health gets compromised. I'm 26 and do my best to eat healthy, but the food is so toxic, poor, empty, and contaminated, that even when you eat healthy it's still not enough! Prolonged fasting is the only way to be and stay healthy. Just like Dr. Paradip Jamnatas says, "eating is dangerous!" Do fasting for as long as and as much as you can. I feel best when I dont eat or drink anything. I swear I'd do an air fast but I can't hold my breath for longer than a minute... So sad that we live in such a toxic world.

At age 26 I never was thinking about a die… I ate everything
@SkyRunner21Ай бұрын
@igors.787 I can eat whatever I want, but because I've been self studying nutrition, I can't do it man! I can't poison myself slowly but surly! Even if you're young, food will still tremendously damage the system. You just recover better and faster and you can withstand it better. Doesn't mean you won't have to face the consequences.
@equatorialjourney4478Ай бұрын
Don’t overthink it and become too fixated at your young age . Our world really isn’t totally toxic !! That can breed eating disorders & other body dysmorphic obsessive compulsive fixations . We have simply swapped the crazy low fat diet yo yo dieting obsession of the past 50 yrs , counting calories etc with more disordered thinking where we deem ourselves failures if we eat a morsel of carbs . Crazy extremes r taking over again & eating disorders are again on the rise ….. common sense , whole foods , saturated fats , no refined sugar , low carbs . It’s not rocket science so enjoy your life
@jasonsfamilyandfriendsvide3227Ай бұрын
that is commendable, at your age you have far more resilience to the rigors of poor nutrition but well done fir realising it early.
