Understanding the warning signs of diseases can help you prevent and manage them. Discover some of the signs and remedies of 8 common ailments.
0:00 Introduction: 8 ways your body warns of disease
1:02 Heart attack/cardiovascular disease
1:59 Stroke
2:52 Infections
3:48 Fatty liver disease
4:44 Gallstones
5:33 Kidney stones
6:48 Ulcers
7:43 Diabetes
8:38 Learn the signs of a nutrient deficiency!
Today, we’re going to talk about some of the common signs of diseases. You can use your symptoms as indicators to understand what your body needs.
1. Heart attack/cardiovascular disease
Symptoms of heart disease include chest pain, left jaw pain, left shoulder pain, and pain that goes down your left arm. You might also feel dizzy or out of breath when walking upstairs.
Vitamin E in the form of tocotrienols and vitamin K2 can help support the health of your heart and arteries.
2. Stroke
Early warning signs of a stroke involve issues on one side of the body. You might also experience slurred speech. If you think you’re having a stroke, get to the emergency room quickly!
3. Infections
If you have an infection, you may experience a tickle in your throat, a cough that won’t go away, sneezing, or a runny nose. Take 50,000 IU of vitamin D3 and consume zinc, vitamin C, and echinacea. Don’t suppress your fever!
4. Fatty liver disease
If you have a fatty liver, you’ll have feelings of fullness, tightness, or tenderness under the right rib cage. You might experience referred pain in the right shoulder or right rhomboid.
Intermittent fasting and the ketogenic diet may help reverse a fatty liver. It’s also important to avoid alcohol.
5. Gallstones
Warning signs of gallstones include dark urine, stool that floats, light-colored stool, and constipation. Gallstones are the result of low bile salts, so increasing bile salts may help.
6. Kidney stones
Pain in the abdomen on one side or flank pain can signify kidney stones. Try drinking 2 ounces of lemon juice with water. Take magnesium glycinate and avoid foods high in oxalates.
7. Ulcers
If you have an ulcer, you might feel burning stomach pain that typically feels better after eating. Wheatgrass juice powder with water and zinc carnosine may help improve your condition.
8. Diabetes
If you have diabetes, you’ll find it very difficult to skip a meal. You’ll likely experience carb cravings and need a nap after eating. Keto and intermittent fasting may greatly help improve your symptoms.

I didn’t. With everything that was going on in my body I couldn’t. The daily activities around the house was all I could do. Eliminating the poisons was the best thing I did! Giving my body the help to heal and have a fighting chance to work like it was created is the key. By summer I could do yard work. This helped tone my body after the weight loss. I’ve maintained the weight loss with not effort other then not eating those poisons and intermittent fasting.

00:27 🩹 Understanding warning signs in your body is crucial for prevention and management of diseases. 01:10 🚨 Warning signs of a heart attack include chest pain, left jaw or shoulder pain, breathlessness, and dizziness. Consider a CAC test for early detection. 02:17 ⚠ Early signs of a stroke include one-sided body issues, slurred speech. Quick action, like thinning blood, is vital; seek emergency care promptly. 03:13 🤧 Infections might show symptoms like throat tickle, persistent cough, or runny nose. Boost vitamin D3, zinc, vitamin C, and induce fever to aid recovery. 04:19 🩸 Fatty liver disease signs include a full feeling under the right rib cage, protruding stomach, and itchy skin. Adopt a low-carb ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. 05:12 💎 Gallstones signs involve darker urine, floating stool, and constipation due to low bile salts. Supplementing with bile salts is a recommended solution. 06:05 🥤 Kidney stones may cause deep abdominal or flank pain. Combat with lemon juice, hydration, magnesium, and avoiding oxalate-rich foods. 06:59 🔥 Ulcers manifest as pain or burning in the stomach area. Distinguish from indigestion; remedies include wheatgrass juice powder, zinc carnosine. 07:57 🩸 Early signs of diabetes: hunger, irritability without meals, carb cravings, puffy eyelids, increased thirst, and urinary frequency. Adopt a low-carb, ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting.

I had one of the worst kidney stones I'd ever had in my life four years ago, will be five in November. That pain helped me stop smoking. It was a gift from God, I kid you not. I was hurting so bad that not even a cigarette could give me comfort or enjoyment, so I put them down. Aaaaaaaah, so nice to be free of that! And thank the Lord, I haven't had another kidney stone like that since! Maybe one very very small one.

@user-dx8qi6ef6o NO symptoms. I was 59, morbidly obese and decided I didn't want to be fat any more. I discovered Dr. Berg and others and decided that clean keto with intermittent fasting made the most sense to me. I took the CAC test because it was the next one on my checklist. no other reason. and because I had no symptoms, I almost had to beg my doctor for the Rx. so glad I did.

Thanks again Eric; @7:30 talking about the Chlorophyll drink.. I use to drink a litre a day (minimum) of Chlorophyll drink, and I never felt better in my life. It's incredible what all that Green stuff can do for biology. I experimented with RAW VEGAN; I only cleaned my food with water, and ate it. barely cooked anything, no sauces, no sugar... I did not eat or drink anything that wasn't available from plants and nature purely. With the Chlorophyll drink my little ritual was; I had a 1 litre Tupperware thing and I would fill it to the rim with distilled water, would cut my Green vegetables (Kale, Broccoli, Asparagus, Spinach, Celery and Cucumbers. When I say cut, I mean in 1/4s or 1/2s, chunks. I would sit that water with all the Green-Family in it, in the fridge over night then pack it for lunch the next day..I would prepare and soak the Tupperware in the fridge around 6pm, and take it out for consumption around 12pm-1pm. The Water would be this beautiful bright green color; I'd eat the vegetables whole and drink the entire thing lol. Man.. it was like a drug, I got so much energy from it. The most notable difference besides biology; was mental clarity like un-disturbed water, and someone who never dreamed to having full on Lucid Dreaming every other night. I continued this experiment for over a month; it was the hardest thing I ever did on this Earth honestly. To stick to it and never cheat took so much dicipline, but the results were unexpected, and incredible really. Thanks again.

You are the Dr who appears to be helping me with clues & symptoms & reading indicators to help me figure out what is going on. At least 3 yrs ago on more than one occasion I tried to seek help because I was getting sharp pains in the abdomen area that radiated up to the heart& felt like possibly risking a heart attack. It literally got nowhere. Now years later I still have bloating and gas and everything I'm learning from YOU Dr & things that the algorithms send me on this KZbin are literally teaching me. I do have suspicion it is definitely one of things you speak of and hopefully I can find a medical person in this area who will be able to help me. Last night I located my gagallbladder & rubbed it and this morning had a movement. I'm sure I either have fatty live , stones in my gallbladder, sibo, or something. Thank you tremendously for sharing your great knowledge. I can't imagine what the world would do without people like you.

I was reading a book and the page turned into random letters that weren’t words. I wrote my concerns but at the ER, the doctor only glanced at it. After my hospitalization, I realized it was partially gibberish. I made sense to myself but not to others.
