What a great podcast. This is so important and I don’t think the Bariatric community realizes this. My dr doesn’t even have a list of people who can help. Dr Weiner and Zoe I'm hoping for some insight. I'm over 2.5 years rny I've lost 2 st below target the majority of which has fallen off me due to a twisted bowel. I had open surgery last week to fix d issue. It had nothing to do with my surgery I was told it was mechanical and I was unlucky. My question to you both is there anything I can do eat exercise etc to prevent this from happening again. Secondly I need to put at leat half of the 2 st back on. I'm bariatric girl I stick to the program I guess this might b a first for you guys a patient who needs to put a bit of weight on. My fear is undoing my surgery all the very best to you both hugs Amanda in Ireland 🇮🇪
