Can you please make more videos for people with extreme pudendal nerve injuries and entrapments? Those who cannot sit on the yoga mat and are bedridden? I love your videos but I have to adjust some of them to standing positions because I have an extreme case of PN. The minute I touch the yoga mat (even with cushions) I flare badly. Thanks for your efforts ❤️

Great flow very relaxing I love you explain the medical side very important yes the breathing very important even when doing strength training with weights remember to breathe like a straw when exhaling has really helped with my form thanks so much Melissa for such great technique style u rock keep up the great work see you next work out have a wonderful evening
