In this intermediate yin yoga class Melissa will show you how to get shoulder pain relief in just 60 minutes.For many of us our jobs which require repetitive actions are the cause of our neck and shoulder pain, whether we spend our days hunched over computer screens and keyboards, drive, or work with repetitive actions using our arms standing all day - all of these things lead to neck and shoulder pain. The pain you experience in your shoulders may be sharp, dull, burning, cramping, electric or stabbing. The pain itself can lead to stiff neck and shoulders and headaches.
Drawing on the principles of yin yoga, Melissa will guide you through a fascinating method that gets into the shoulder joints and deep connective tissues and ligaments that are less pliant than superficial muscles. We all know that shoulder and neck pain relief is essential for your well being and functioning day to day. That is why it is crucial to draw on the three principles of yin yoga, perhaps the secret to neck and shoulder pain relief that you never knew before now. You don´t need to feel stuck anymore, this yin yoga sequence and these yin yoga postures will help to streamline your neck and shoulder pain relief.

My chi is flowing! Hello! I have recently experienced a bad injury on my right shoulder. I have been doing an intervention, and then physiotherapy by myself, because of the lockdown, and I got a lot better, but still feel some tension on my shoulder tendon and biceps. This morning I decided to look for a practice to release this tension, and , although I would have liked some more precise indications for the postures, I don’t see how this video doesn’t have more likes! I feel a nice warmth flowing inside my shoulder and arm, and, in general, all along my back. Yin has always been difficult to me, but this time it hasn’t been hard at all. I will definitely repeat. I think this practice can help a lot.Thank you .

My Chi is flowing. Many thanks for an excellent class! I noticed that your tailored exercises had an additional spillover positive effect of interconnectedness as it touched also some of my head muscles. Perhaps a yin class on head muscles and good bye to migraines?

I had exercised the top part of my body earlier on at the gym and this was a wonderful relief for neck and shoulders. However I cannot do Banana Pose as it leaves me vulnerable and exposed. It also brings anxiety. This might see strange in a way but I know now that I have to avoid it. Sending all my love and thanks to Melissa.
