In conjunction with walking after a meal, to lower blood glucose, you could also have mentioned the 'soleus push up' ( NOT a regular type push up) which is super simple and highly effective.

For my lunch I make a cup of smoothie with protein, berries, macca root, ashwaganda, pineapple seeds, chia seeds, almond, walnuts and either 1 kiwi or orange or one cup of pineapples. Is it too much? 😊 It is like all in one and it goes well with my current busy schedule.

@@drmorgannolte Hi Doctor M I really appreciate all the videos and everything you do for us. Can you make a video dedicated to bad oils. I know you mentioned this topic in a previous video. For got which one. Or direct me towards the video you did. Thanks soo much

I actually like the taste of ACV, but I’m worried about burning my throat even with drinking with water. Do the tablets actually work any brand you recommend because there’s a lot of misinformation on tablets

Did you see the double peak on the Snickers alone chart? That is what I find to be so interesting is when something is excessively sugary your body will output the amount of insulin it thinks it needs, but will continue to check to see if the sugar is regulated and if it is not, it will excrete a second dose of insulin to further push the sugar down, which you'll see a lot if there is extensive insulin resistance or specifically when the food eaten has a very high concentration of sugar.

Hi Dr M, I’ve lost my sense of taste n smell. Can you advise?
@drmorgannolte Жыл бұрын
Loss of taste and smell can be a symptom of COVID, I would discuss this with your Primary Care Physician.

Quick question how to do order when having a sandwhich where fat, protein, carb etc. is all together? Or just opt for the walk afterwards & ACV before the sandwhich. Gotta have a sandwhich once in a blue moon lol
@drmorgannolte Жыл бұрын
That's exactly what I would recommend. If you can opt for a higher-protein bread (Aldi has a good one), that's great. But if not, then ACV before and walk after.

I had sushi the other night and my blood sugar was 167 the next morning ! 😮 It's normally between 140-150.

140 - 150 normally? You better make lifestyle changes ASAP.
@RnW9384 Жыл бұрын
@@harrycallahan686 Thanks for your concern. I am under an excellent doctor's care. I'm menopausal. Higher blood sugar is one of the menopausal issues just like pregnant women can have diabetes. Hormones play a big part.
