Hi everyone...it is my 61st birthday tomorrow...so I can celebrate my last day of being 60 with this brilliant lower body workout! Lots of elevated lunges today I think!! Hi Kyle, we ll said u never done s so many lunges and squats before following Caroline . Thereby s always a fear in mind I will hurt my knees .But now my pain , fear is gone and I can feel strength in my knees . She is a great inspiration to all of us ...I will be doing it later .enjoy your workout

Today was the first time I went to the gym (outside of my school gym) I was a little nervous as I also had an in body scan the same day. The workout was amazing as I utilized 10.5 kg on some sets really well but mostly 11 kg throughout the workout plus the add on. I honestly was surprised to see my results of my inbody scan revealing I gained 4 lbs of muscles and lost 4% of body fat (19.9 to 15.9) I was honestly amazed at the numbers compared to my last scan with me underfueling my body. My moms trainer and my mom was so proud and the trainer predicted I would mostly likely hit 15% by the end of epic heat. I’m honestly astounded at the moment. Thank you Caroline for changing my life for the better and helping me embrace my body, strength, and not focusing on the scale. You are absolutely deserving of 1 million subscribers I can’t wait to celebrate that with you in a workout or whatever you choose to do lol. Once again, thank you Caroline (:

I used 3kg each to take it a little easy on my knees today. It helped me focus on my form a lot more and sink down into every move easier. Sometimes less is more. Those stable lunges were really tough, especially for such a long amount of time. I notice that as soon as there’s single sided work, that my left leg is a little weaker than my right. I know it’s normal, but it’s a little annoying sometimes. I’ll keep working hard though. Omg once again I’m SO drenched in sweat, it’s insane! Great combination of moves today, Caroline never disappoints😍😍

Hello everyone. What a fantastic workout from our amazing coach today. Quality was the name of the game for me today, watching my form, especially with the RDLs. They are s favourite exercise for me. I find the elevated lunges and squats really great for getting lower in the movement. The dead stop lunges were a definite burner 🔥🔥. Oh so many lunges today!!😁. A definite leg day but lots of other muscles working to keep us balanced and in position. Active rest day is on the horizon, do signing off to search Caroline's extensive library for tomorrow's workout. Enjoy 👋👋

Caroline; all is forgiven...after that 'torture' not 'torched' session on Monday I am totally back in the game. LOVED this one today; the perfect leg day. Balancing on the yoga block was a challenge with weights and I wobbled a lot; however quality not quantity came to my mind! Set fire to the rain!!!! And by rain I mean the rain of sweat pouring off my legs!!! This was a burner of all burners for me today 🔥 I added a resistance band on the squats just to be “extra” today 😆 Caroline, you have taught me to love repetition! I used to look forward to no repeats workouts, but now these routines with 3 or 4 back to back repeating sets are my jam! I think my body responds to that type of training much better. Every time I pass by a mirror I am like “whoa! Check out those legs!” I still got the bumps and lumps that I have made my peace with but the muscle definition coming in is amazing! I feel like I am creating pillars of steel! All thanks to you! I would never have pushed myself like this on my own so thank you for taking me to new heights! Another thing I have noticed with all the new muscle mass is that I am rarely cold! I used to be a person who was always cold, but now I think I am burning energy more and keeping myself nice and toasty 😆

Just completed this one ... extremely effective!👊🔥🔥🔥 I love lunges - so I loved today's staple. It was nice to drop one dumbbell and to do the last set bodyweight only!😉😆 Did a 20 min dance wo beforehand and Caroline's 20 min 'inner & outer thighs' straight afterwards. My legs are jelly!😆 Thank you, Caroline for this brilliant leg session! You're awesome! Happy Wednesday!😀🤩💐

@@mora-mora5655 Oh my, I was relieved when we could drop one dumbbell! So much work today with little rest.🥵💦 I loved the intensity from start to finish ... my legs are spent! The 'dance walk' was from Brian Syuki. Nothing fancy, Mora! A lot of his cardio sessions are low impact, without jumping ... I love to do these when the weather is bad (you can collect steps), on active rest days - you'll burn some calories, it's good for your mood early in the morning - gets the heart going and the blood flowing!. I also love Sydney Cumming. She has great cardio & agility routines, as well!

I love all her work outs. I’m currently 11 weeks pregnant and still do them. I modify the exercises I can’t do and do some with less weight. I would love her to do a pregnancy series. As I really don’t want to stop training.
